Greetings from belgium friends -
I come from a Hispanic community where the rules are respected, there is a rule that says: arrow_forward: Pick the wrong team with the same goal will cost - 250 points. the team of Belgium made this sanction and not you happen nothing, VINCE156 chose the goal5 of Uruguay, many of us not want participate more to these events because the rules that establishes WNT not is respect. We don't have nothing against Belgium is more we wish you the best in this battle and be a fair battle.

Thirdly, I'm not pretty sure that you respected the rule to create the championship in time, I was waiting for it and then I had to leave...
Fourthly, we'll discuss with you and Adilmo about this change of objective 5 at 19h, 30 minutes before the creation and the beginning of the championship....could you blame us for not going on this forum for some minutes/hours ?

It was written by Adilmo at 19h too, I saw this message but not the one which followed !So don't worry my friend, rules are going to be respected, we'll just determine what was the rule which had to need apply with Adilmo and you in private, it's no use to make a public affair here, we're mature and honest people here

This tournament is in its 4th edition, of which I have organized the last 3, including this one. In all of them, we did not have any problem, since everyone knew how to play with Fair Play.
It is clear that what has happened can not at any moment be considered a fault by the teams. So, Uruguay is looking to win off the field!
On 02/01 - 13:35 (server), I posted the draw of the teams, held at that moment, as you can see here: Evidence 1
On 04/01, I checked the draw with a friend and there was no change, so I posted the creation information for the leagues at 18:55 (server), as you can see here: Evidence 2
Only at 19:43 I was alerted that the league had been updated, when one of the moderators was to create the league. Immediately I posted the change, but it was not possible to warn everyone !!! As the main change was the exchange of the G5, I saw no problem in that regard.
For this reason, there is no need for penalties. Nobody is guilty of system updating a league during the day and not at dawn !!!
Now, continue with the battles and win the best on the field !!!

And we started again...
Uruguay isn't trying to win off the field, we only are trying to charge the sanctions that our opponents make as everyone.Our Battles:
Against Spain nobody denounced something because dont happened nothing wrong
Against Poland we received two sanctions and we didnt complain.
Agianst Morocco we denounced something that everybody knowed was illegal.
Against Argentina, they was who denounced, not us.
Now, against Belgium, we denounced but always we have been know that in this case maybe they dont saw the change like others team, so we decided let pass the sanction. Im not lying, at first we wanted the sanction but after, thinking, we decided forget the affair.So, we have been denonced in two times and we denonced our rivals in two times.
This is my prove to show to everyone and special, to @Adilmo-Rocha, that Uruguay isnt trying to win off the field, only we are trying to follow the rules that you put like everyone.And in the future, Adilmo, try to measure your words, for respect and for dont do false accusations again.

M e parece que te equivocas en decir que Uruguay esta intentando ganar fuera del campo , eso es una falta de respeto hacia nosotros y yo no te la voy a aceptar, me parece que si hay un reglamento para eso esta para cumplirse , pero tu como organizador no lo respetas y ya da mucho que desear este campeonato yo no iba a jugarlo pero lo juego por respeto a mis compañeos porque si salgo hay sancion hacia nosotros y ahi no tendrias problema en sancionarnos,todavia estoy esperando tus disculpas por haberme acusado de usar un quinto campo de entrenamiento ,pero veo que para ti es mas facil acusare pero no pedir disculpas ,asi que te pido un poco mas de respeto hacia nosotros uruguay si quieres que te respeten ,yo me iria del juego pero perderian mis compañeros ya que llevarian sancion ,pero este torneo ya carece de seriedad y los reglamentos estan pero para algunos para otros no.

First of all, I have nothing against Uruguay or its team. I think it's great that his performance has improved and it's being one of the great surprises of the tournament.
Secondly, any complaint must be dealt with. And that's what I did.
Thirdly, what had happened with the league and the draw of the teams was clear, so there would be no reason for such pressure for penalty!
The only thing that has bothered me a lot is the way I am approached by some of you. I treat everyone with respect. There were 24 teams with 5 managers who are often different each time round, not to mention those in charge of the nations and with none of them I had any problems.
I'm not accusing you of anything. I just raised the idea that it seems to be this from the pressure they make.
All rules are being fulfilled in full and will continue to be.
I hope we put an end to it all and can continue without any further problems. For my part, I have no impediment and if something did not please you, I apologize!

Good evening, AdilmoI am writing this by the controversy of the sanction claimed by Uruguay.
I understand very well the problem arisen by the update of the league, and although I agree with the final decision not to sanction those who made mistakes of equipment when not knowing of the new draw, I think that a organizer of a competition can not post in his "official resolution" some things like the one that has you put. It is clear that what happened at any moment is considered to be fault by the teams. So, Uruguay is looking to win off the field! "Although the first sentence is an "indirect" way of accusing Uruguay of not using the Fair Play, which is also not very correct, the last sentence is something that an organizer should never write, because should maintain calm and neutrality at all times.
Uruguay claimed a sanction, which exists according to the regulation published by organization. The decision not to apply it exceptionally, due to the updating, seems correct to me too, but whenever it is explained as such, and not showing like if Uruguay claimed something non-existent, which is not true.
Finally, only to add that the captains of Uruguay and Belgium had already spoken to each other and they saw it both logical not to apply the penalty due to the circumstances, so all those accusations about Fair Play of Uruguay by the Organization are quite offensive.
I hope this is understood as a clarification and a request for greater care in the organization's communications.
