Hello everyone!

This will be the main topic of the World Nations Tournament - WNT 2019/2020

Here we will talk about the rules, decisions, draws, groupings and everything that is relevant to the tournament.

The organization of the tournament is to hashim-mohamed-club , Adilmo-Rocha and Damiś27 . Questions, complaints and suggestions should be directed to us!

Rules and conditions the same as the previous edition.

It’s 20:30 in the Netherlands. All managers below have 24 hours to present their Community Manager (CM) OK to be responsible for their selection. After this deadline, nations that do not display the CM OK will be excluded from the tournament.

The OK must be forwarded by private message.

Pengaturan TC :
• Babak play off 3 training camp untuk tiap manager
• Group stage 3 training camp untuk tiap manager
• Knockout phase 4 training camp untuk tiap manager
Indonesi berada di group POT I dan tidak mengikuti babak play off langsung masuk fase group :

Peraturan Umum :

1. Mengikuti aturan Battlepedia.
2. Battle menggunakan : 5 vs 5
3. Training Camps (TC) dan Secret Training (ST)
   • Babak play off 3 training camp untuk tiap manager
   • Group stage 3 training camp untuk tiap manager
   • Knockout phase 4 training camp untuk tiap manager
   6 ST (Secret Training) untuk tiap manager, penghitungan TC adalah tanggung jawab masing2 team, untuk TC tambahan dihitung menjadi penalty sebesar -500 points tiap TC.
4. Pengaturan liga : Timer/Club Compensation off.
5. Friendly Match hanya boleh dilakukan antara sesam manager dalam satu team, FM dengan lawan dihitung -100 points tiap kesalahan.
6. Dilarang transfer pemain antar manager manusia, Hanya diperbolehkan transfer dengan CPU, tiap kesalahan transfer penalty -50 points.
7. Memulai transfer :
   • penjualan pemain dapat langsung dilakukan.
   • Pembelian hanya diperbolehkan setelah simulasi transfer pertama, tiap transfer pembelian sebelumnya penalty -50 points.
   • Penjualan instan (penjualan dengan 5 koin) dilarang, Dilarang membeli pemain dari lawan penalty -50 points.
8. Pos line up :
   • Harus di pos 2 hari sebelum liga di mulai (batas waktu 00.00 waktu belanda/06.00 WIB/07.00 WITA/08.00 WIT).
   • Pos line up 1 hari sebelum liga dimulai (batas waktu 00.00 waktu belanda/06.00 WIB/07.00 WITA/08.00 WIT) penalty -150 points.
   • Pos line up di hari yang sama dengan liga dibuat WO (Walk over) (1000-0)
9. Team dan club pilihan :
   • Pemilihan club tidak sesuai dengan target dari pos line up penalty -100 points tiap kesalahan.
   • Mengambil team yang salah dengan target yang sama penalty -150 points.
   • Mengambil team yang salah dengan berbeda dari target nya penalty -300 points.
   • Mengambil team yang salah dengan 2 kesalahan dimana ke 2 nya mengambil target yang sama sehingga lawan tidak mempunyai pilihan target tersebut : WO (Walkout) (1000-0).
10. Hanya diperbolehkan 3 manager dalam 1 crew di line up. Jika ditemui lebih lebih dari nya akan terkena penalty sebesar -500 points.
11. Pembuatan liga :
    • Tanggal : di informasikan sebelum ronde dimulai
    • Waktu : 22.00 – 00.00 Waktu belanda ( 04.00 WIB – 06.00 WIB/05.00 WITA – 07.00 WITA/06.00 WIT – 08.00 WIT)
    • Server : acak
    • Instruksi pembuatan liga :

14. Jika di temui beberapa masalah, potensi penalty, kedua captain harus mencoba mencari solusi atau penalty nya, Jika mereka tidak mendapat kesepakatan, maka mengikuti semua aturan dan harus di pos di forum dan panitia akan mengambil keputusan.
