Player's overall lowered in same season (continued)

Since the moderator DE XRIST locked my first topic before I was able to respond, I had to start a new topic. Regarding Belotti, since the season has ended I don't have proof, but I have 3 other scenarios in which this happened during my season as Bournemouth manager. (1. A Chinese club put a 100 overall Bakambu on the transfer list and then taken off the transfer list a week later. He was put back on the transfer list a few days later by the same Chinese club a few days later but at a 97 overall (2. I bought a 95 overall Sergi Roberto from Barcelona then I sold him at a 95 overall 2 days later to Galatasary. A couple of weeks later I saw him put back on the transfer list by Galatasary but at a 90 overall. (3. I had a 94 overall Akanji on my team then sold him. Again, a couple of weeks later I saw him put back on the transfer list by the team that bought him from me but at a 90 overall. I know I for sure did not misread the overall that I saw or sold these players at, so I am still wondering: Is possible for a player I sold or saw on the transfer list with a team to be put back on the transfer list by the same team but with a lower overall?
I recently was notified that another OSM manager had responded to my first topic and said it is possible, but the moderator DE XRIST said it is not possible. I hope it is possible to get a direct answer form only the forum moderator DE XRIST and no one else.
