This change is horrible. This completely screws up the scout. There was nothing wrong with the scout, why change it. The scout isnt the problem, the way you rate players is the problem. Modric, ramos, chiellini. All of them examples of players that are rated way too low. Revert the scout back to what it was please.
I also agree with @TheBestManagerNL !!
Because you went to make changes to something that was already perfect ...
This kind of values makes no sense !!You could make so many changes and corrections in the game, and only change what should really be as it was ...

Yeah I saw that the scout ratings will be part of a bigger update, but it is super annoying when you put 75-84 rating search but only get three 75-78 players when I was trying to get an 82-84 players, or I do 85+ and I only get 85-87 when I was trying to get a 90+ player. This happens to me 75% of the time in my scout searches, and now it seems harder to get under 20 players with the young filter but I usually get 23+ age players. And it will only get more frustrating when the scout goes back to being 16 hours after the weekend and I will wait for my scout for 16 hours just to get a bad player I don't want. Please OSM do something about this, thanks.

Just go for cheaper alternatives. Better players will eventually get to the TL.

3 times with 3 different searches (6hours would normally be 48hours) to try and get a 90 defender using 85+ and not one back. Why would you set it to find the lowest rated players possible instead of a mixture of 85-to high 90s? Excellent work on making the scout useless

Okay so after the release of the new rating system, I think we should all give it a fair chance. Like this, the new scout filters might be more usable.

We want to inform you that the players ratings and leagues are ready for 2020. The league updates take place a few times a year to keep the leagues up to date after the transfer periods. Check out all new ratings and see who did well in your favourite team!
The ratings of players might be lower than you're used to. We made the players cheaper because some players' value's were getting out of hand.
After these updates it becomes even more fun to play, because players like Messi and Ronaldo will be easier to buy and train.

Have fun playing! thing, they reduced the majority of the players preferred by us users (from 17 to 19 years old) all to over 70 to 74. Precisely to mix the players 65-69 and make it even more difficult.

Guys, you are just ruining the game with these updates.
The updates on the scout and on the players overall don't make any kind of sense.
Please stop the changes on the game and put the things like they were before. Just for one time think about the OSM players, and not just about your own interests...
The game was close to perfection before all this inventions. So, why are you always changing what is good?

Star Players are supposed to be rare, so I approve this rating update - unlike people posting here. Well done on lowering standards - and no irony here.

If you decided to change the players rating system at least you should change ratings in all OSM leagues. (And update all OSM leagues). Now we have situations that players playing for example in China, like Paulinho...
...have bigger rating than best players in the world...

About the two last updates:
1/ the scout: I like it specially the range 75/84
thank you2/the rating: it's good but I think it must be more logic: for example: my best player milinkovic savic in Lazio the team is in increase level .. the player is in his best performance
But his rate decreased

I'll try to look at things from both viewpoints, the new rating update has lowered the ratings of some players that were not good enough for their old ratings but also as someone mentioned above there are still players in leagues that have too high ratings for their real-life ability, compared to the lowered ratings of much better players. I do think that a lot of players that are really good in real life have gotten their ratings lowered strangely, but I think it may also be because there were a lot of complaints about old players being rated unfairly, so they upped the ratings of a lot of old but still really good players and lowered the ratings of a lot of the younger players. I guess players like Messi and Ronaldo will become easier to buy because they will be cheaper? (Thank God I bought one of the last editions of 99 ovr Ronaldo
) But I don't understand why players like Messi and Ronaldo would be easier to train now to be honest. Overall, I guess there are many mixed opinions on this game update. -

It would not be bad to copy the same merits to win extra coins and achievements as in the champions league, in the plan to win so many games, win a tournament, three, five, ten ... with different teams 5 and 10.

So what are you saying here, that certain players can't ever become world star players? To be honest, you could've done it easier by setting the bar for world class players on 105 rating. The only thing I see for now is that by lowering "standards" noobs will have it easier buying better players overall ( via coins or whatever) and not because their team building skills are spot on. Oh wait , it's about money, isn't it

Yeah why is it that now players with 100+ overall no longer have "world star player" label on them anymore? I personally don't think this is a good idea because the world star player label was able to easily differentiate the overall difference between world star players and regular players, and the design for world star player cards looked better than the regular player card design.
