But previously in Belgium, I remember in a restaurant ( Sandwich + Pepsei about 10€ ), I think it's not too expensive..! In the end, every country and its economy

Legends are retired (or even deceased) players IRL. Their OSM cards have a lighter colours than star players' one, they have a legend icon when they show up on lists, and you their team when being sold on the Transfer List is "World Legends".
