Your opponent uses an odd tactical setup, so if you're playing at home and go with a solid setup, you should be able to pull off a good result. However, since your squad values are quite close, feel welcome to go with a defensive approach if you're playing away.
Since I don't recall facing a 5-2-3 setup ever, I can't even throw a specific setup for you to go with. Just try something solid. -

Since your midfield line only has three men, consider ordering them to hold position instead of pushing forward.
As you're playing offensively, consider enabling the offside trap.
Regarding your only three midfielders and your overnumbered forward line, maybe it'd better for you to increase tempo up to one-touch football. -

Don't set your mentality so defensively. Try to keep it over 20.
If you're gonna play with five defenders, consider playing with upcoming backs, since you'll have three centre-backs behind. About the midfield line, also consider ordering it to hold position instead of supporting defense - which already counts with five defenders. -

I don't think a slow-paced football works here in OSM.

I used 433B..wing play, mid to stay and def to deep
Zonal
Offside trap is yes

Yet,I lost to 343B,shoot on sight, man marking with aggressive play.
How can I beat the team in the return leg? -

If your squad value isn't lower than your opponent's and if you're not playing away, consider going with 4-4-2 B, passing game, just attacking (60-80) mentality, and a slower tempo (60-80). -

If you rather play with that formation nonetheless, you should use the same tactics I said above.
Although, unless you manage to build a competitive squad that can keep up with the other teams with a better objective, I advise you to play defensively instead. -
