@Shaqinho - If your talking about base players (starting off) I'd buy players like Ansu Fati, Odegaard, De Ligt, Aguero and the list goes on.

Hey. Players are not that important as tactics and formation you're playing. It's always better to have whole squad >90 ovr or if you're pro - >100 ovr.
