Rendang

One of my fav food is Rendang. By the way, do you know what's Rendang? Rendang is one of Indonesian Food from Padang (One of city in Sumatera Island) It mades from a beef, that mixed in with some of flavor. Beef is slowly simmered with coconut milk and a mixture of lemongrass, galangal, garlic, turmeric, ginger and chilies, then left to stew for a few hours to create this dish of tender, flavorful bovine goodness. Tasting it fresh out of the kitchen will send your stomach into overdrive, but many people think it gets even better when left overnight.

In Uruguay and Argentina almost everyone loves the "Asado" (i think it is called roast in english).
It is grilled beef. in uruguay we cook it with firewood like the cavemen
