First battles: 13.06.2016
The competition format: 5x5.
The competition system: knock-out.
Battle place: will be always given a few days before the battle.
Line-up (including captain and potencial moderator): Always give at least two days before the start of the battle. No line-up before dead line: - 100 points. No line-up till last preparation day - walkover.
Number of teams: max 128.
Rules of deployment Crews: Every round from oldest to youngest - Crew Foundation day will decide.
General rules: Based on the general rules in Battlepedia, CCL, CC.

No transfers in the 1st preparation day! Every transfer: -50 points.
No transfers between crewmates! For Every transfer you will get penalty like Battlepedia said.

Using a spy, a doctor and a lawyer - without restrictions.
Classification: standard for battles in the format 5x5
In case of a draw in the battle: promotion for older seniority Group.

Friendlies: till four for the round only between colleagues from the Crew (Players do not have to play on their original positions - the rule only for friendlies). For challenge an opponent to a friendly match - 100 penalty points

We have two new rules to simplify the game in this tournament. I hope that they are clean and fair for all.
You can use scaut but you can not buy players from scout or Transfer List before 2nd preparation day. All right? In the 1st day is ban for any transfers. This is a time to join everybody to the leagues. We have players in the tournament from different parts of the world. Different time zones. No sell. No buy. Absolutly zero transfers in the first preparation day. I will send informations to all crew moderators. All right? :ok_hand_tone1:

You're right, my friend, but... I'm tired of the news in my chat every time that India is different time zone from the Netherlands or Egypt. This is private tournament, not an official OSM event and I will be so that there will be no transfers on the first day. 1 preperation day is on joining to the leagues. The principle is the same for everyone. For all is equal start. I think it's fair. And players save some coins. Tournament is very long. The grand final will be in December. All right? :thumbsup_tone1:.

I understand this method, but is not it too hard for new groups?

Always take the older groups ahead! What is the possibility of going away, playing like that?

I think that at least in the first phase or in the first 2, they had 2 keys. One with the older groups and another with the younger groups.

That way the first battles of an old group would be against another old group and likewise, the first battles of a young group would be against another young group.

From the 3rd round, then it would be the oldest vs. the youngest.

Think bad?

Hi mate. I have only 1 suggestion, you can accept it or not, it's all up to toy. The number of participiants should be 64. Make a analyse of all crews and eliminate 6-7 crews. The old system with ''lucky losers'' only prolongs the tournament and all crews have to play 2-3 extra rounds.
64 is a good number. 1st round - 64 crews, 2nd - 32, 3rd - 16, 4th - 8, 5th - 4 and final 6th round 2 crews. 6 rounds is enough, it's more than a half year. Also you know in every tournament there are few crews who play like noobs and bring some scandals and unnecessary things. If you want I can make the analyse. LOL Best regards.

In the first edition this method has checked. Young crews have the opportunity to play with old, legendary groups already in the first round. For young crews it is already a great honor to play in this battle. After the first round will be lucky losers, and one of them won the 1st edition of The Eagles Cup. Do you remember, Adilmo? The WCC, previously CCL, crews were ranked according to different rankings.At The Eagles Cup 3.0 I pay homage to the old crews. This is the leading idea of this tournament.
