4th Edition TUGAS TROPHY - 2016/17 (Authorized Topic)

We are back with the trophy Tugas, a traditional tournament, promoted by one of the largest groups in the history of OSM. This year we reached the 4th Edition! Due to change in the number of participants we had to change the type of tournament. Instead of "all against all", will be played in groups followed by the knockout phase. The trophy will feature 8 participants and will be played in the form of cup., that is, 2 groups of 4 participants each. The 1st and 2nd of the respective groups go to the semi-final and the winners of this contest the final. (If the defeated in the semi-final want, and agree, the tournament will have, also, a battle to set the 3rd and 4th.)

This year, the tournament will only 8 participants in order to give get to know the organization and expand knowledge. But next year we plan to open registrations worldwide. I ask for your understanding.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Number of groups: 8
Number of battles: Mín.3; Máx.5
Competition format: Battle 5x5
Type: Groups, followed the knockout phase
Duration: 5 Months (1 battle for month)
Start: 1 October 2016
Finish: 28 February 2017
Line-up: At least 24 hours before start of the battle
Rating*: Updated at the end of each round
*Victory equals 3 points, draw 1 point and lose 0 points.
*In case of a tie at the end of the 3 games, the tie-breaking factor, in deciding who goes to the semi-final is:
1º Biggest difference of battle points
2º Battle points in boon
3º Youngest group

GENERAL RULES:
Based on Battlepedia and OSM Rules.
Transfers allowed from 00h server. (Subject to penalty of 50 points)
Prohibited friendly match against members of the opposing group. (Subject to penalty of 50 points for each friendly performed)
Admissible 4 training camps and 6 secret training by coach.
Delay in the league creation. (Subject to penalty of 100 points)
Choose the wrong team. (Subject to penalty of 250 points or defeat by WO)
Creation of the wrong league. (Subject to penalty of 350 points or defeat by WO)
*I ask you to try to solve the penalties with the opposing captain. Only in case of disagreement present the case to the organization.

This edition was less crews to publicize the tournament. If all goes well, next year we will open registrations.
