Marketing man ... we have to pay 1 BC for each transfer we make, but we don't receive 1 BC if we sell a player. Tricky thing, but good for them because we will need to buy BC at a moment.

@andre1u16 True, but you also get 4 free ones per day. Plus unlocking achievements and visiting the Business Club also gets you some Boss Coins.

@Harry-Poon I totally agree, but if you are active in 4 slots and want to really compete, those free BC every day + unlocking achievements and visiting the Business Club are not enough at all. Not to remember if you compete in a battle with your crew, where probably you need around 1000 BC / battle.
But anyway, if anyone does not like the game is free to choose another one from the market and leave OSM. So it is everybody's decision, at the end of the day.
