What time will the league be create?
The time difference between Indonesia and server time is +6-7 hours.
If the time to create the league is not in the middle of the night (indonesian time), then I can be a moderator in group 4 -

As soon as league have been created during Wednesday morning (I think around 10-11:00 UTC time) each league moderator will send a league invitation to all managers that take part in his group.
If you see that your invitation doesn't come, just send a request but be sure that is your league assigned. Anyway, please be patient because we all have a work, a family... By the way, until tomorrow, the WC invitations will not be sent, according to the instructions that have been exposed.
They will be sent between 11:00 and 12:00 UTC. -
