Where can I see changes in the rules? it's strange that we'll only find out about it right now.

please, give a link to the new rules ..
you changed the rules without notifying anyone. It's bad when the rules change the course of the tournament, but I think if they change, you need to draw the attention of other managers, especially foreign ones, who read everything through a translator =( -
