OSM Game Features : Chatroom - Suggestions

OSM has become such a boring game for me lately, that I only play crew competitions. You can rarely find good managers in normal leagues. Most of them are inactive, resigning at their clubs. Literally in the whole league I have max 2 solid managers and that's it.
My suggestions for increasing the activity of managers, for more managers in the league are as follows:- In public leagues, the league should not be opened until all managers join the league (Fantasy League model)
- Deactivate the option to resign.
- Those who would not play OSM for 2-3 days would be automatically fired from the club.
- Finally solve the Bundesliga problem. There are many good and talented players that we are not able to buy there.

About special offers: is it just me or a new 'standard' to receive special offers for a player who is well above the level of my players (+15-20%) - of course for an unrealistic high amount of money + boss coins.
I like the way 'weak spot', but I don't want to buy the suggested replacement for boss coins.
What about not so special offers from the past? Where you could buy a good (but not always great) player for 'basic' amount of money?
(Of course boss coins make OSM working, so if you don't want to pay extra, you can always decline offer.)

I don't understand why there is still no direct link to the forum from the app.
This forum is unfinished today. More than 90% of OSM users don't know its existence and therefore cannot know the updates, events and all the information reported here that everyone should be able to view. Last but not least, it would be good to let everyone know about the existence of organized leagues and tournaments. There are many volunteer managers who spend their time organizing tournaments with dedication trying to make the game more attractive and competitive and it's right to make it known to everyone.
So I think that to increase people's involvement in this game you need to increase transparency and create a direct link between the app and the forum. -

@ado-hackovic because of this, after raaching the world domination, a lot of oour managers only play Battles, Crew Cup, World Cup, internal Leagues with other German Crews.
You will never become level 10 then, but it makes more fun an sense.There is only one thing. when you wait until a league is full of managers, you will have not this much leagues, because nobody want to use (e.g.) Schalke 04 or Hamburger SV.
So you wait a long(er) time and then the manager will quit before starting the league. -

They have a lot of criticism this way as it is, imagine If more people knew that they can express themselves on forum and see the direction of only financial aspect growing, and nothing being done to competitivity and acitve play promotion...

I would somewhat agree with you here.
The fact is that we would wait a very long time for the league to fill up. But I would not agree that no one will take, as you gave the example of Schalke and HSV. Clubs from amateur leagues that exist in OSM are also taken and those league was full. But ofc with organisation.I haven’t played in all leagues, but I mostly play battle and CrewCup. I play individual leagues with friends or when someone organizes them (I started with the so-called Discord League).
Normal leagues have become boring to me. Only a couple of managers, max 3 managers active -

I was wondering if you could add an option where you can write articles in the newspaper rather than it just being bot automatic messages.

Is there a possibility to store tactics in the beginning of every season , maybe like 2 so you can switch easy between defensive en offensive .. then you don't have to change everything between games.

Guys did you also have spam from GB with Special Offer? I have already 3rd time in 3 days (everyday) I have Special offer to but Eriksen with only 3k boss coins... event Day I have The same Special offer and if I like to buy him I will do it 3 days ago... GB please stop...

Before few days I was playing Ramadan Cup with open league and I was getting special offers for 'only' 3k coins everyday and it was very annoying. I even had $192m in bank and still was asking huge amount of coins as compensation. They do really think we are sheeps to spent so much coins for single player who will play only few days.
