I would also suggest that players should have a potential. Like Nick Pope having an 81 rating would have potential of 85 rating. Players should be having official utility positions too. Like Joshua Kimmich, a central defensive midfielder can also play as a right back. If you use real utility positions of players in OSM, this game would become better than FIFA Mobile in the topic of utility positions. As in FIFA Mobile, players having same real position have same utility positions. Actually, players with same real position are likely to have different utility positions.

I have seen that when we win a game, we get about 300 medals or numbers very close to it. When we lose a game, our medals are decreased about 900 or numbers very close to it. This isn't fair! If we lose a game, we lose approximately the medals we earn in 3 matchdays! This makes earning medals hard. So I suggest that on losing, only 500-550 medals should be decreased.

I would suggest that there in the statistics, there should be for clean sheets alongside assists and goals. Also, in statistics there is only one achievement which is the top scorer. There should be of top assists and top clean sheets.

Hi everyone! The number of players that are being sent off with green or blue ref is ridiculous! And then you have teams that go Agressive or Recklesss with red ref and have no players sent off. Please, do something!

We all can buy players through negotiations. There are 4 options in the negotiations menu. One is 'Stop' which comes on counter-negotiating or putting an offer on a player. The other 3 are 'Accept', 'Negotiate' and 'Reject'. However, there is another option which needs to be added. It is the conclude deal option. It will appear when you are ready to buy the player or sell the player.
Why we need it?

If you change your mind and don't want to sell the player. But without this option, the player will already be sold.
The player on which you have already negotiated but now you don't want him as your problem is solved. But what if the other manager accepts the offer? Even though your problem would be solved, you will be in loss again. If conclude option would be there, you could reject the deal and stop the problem.

Oh well, the morale scale is important. I have noticed that many players give chances in OSM to first team players. Now if you remove morale scales, the substitute and reserve players will never get a chance. Now if you include the first team players always, the game won't be worth playing. The morale of a player can affect the whole game, and thus, the game becomes more interesting.

The WhatsApp privacy terms has forced many Indians to leave it and join the Signal app, which is increasing its popularity in the whole world. I am 100% sure that many crew chat groups would have been closed due to this. Now as many Indians have the Signal app, I can suggest that you can add the Signal app for crew chat.

Why is Achraf Hakimi from Inter Milan a midfielder. Even without Hakimi, they had 8 midfielders. The biggest thing I noticed was that he had 87 attack and 81 defence! Truly odd, he is more of a defender!

Torino are having only three forwards. I have noticed that if any team have lesser players in a position, GameBasics convert at least 1 player from the team to the position in which there are lesser players. So I suggest that GameBasics could convert Simone Verdi (currently an attacking midfielder but can also play as a right winger) to a forward.

I think Crew Leagues should also have winners' cup. Making such a great team goes in vain. After all, it's very hard to find a great team. Without great team, no winners' cup

SUGGESTION: Obtaining more football logos from smaller leagues

Its always nice to see a real football logo for your team instead of generic OSM one, because of that I am suggesting that you guys maybe try to obtain more football logos from around the world. I know It can be expensive but Im pretty sure It would not be so expensive to obtain logo pack rights for smaller leagues like San Marino, Gibraltar, New Zealand and similar... And Im sure It would be lucrative for you guys as I know from myself that I always enjoy playing leagues with active logopacks more than playing those without. So I im sure people would pay more to start those certain smaller leagues where they would have logo packs.

SUGGESTION: Add few more ''Community Leagues''.
Community League ''B'', ''C'', ''D'', etc. so we can switch leagues when playing tournaments like CCW or some other...
Just choose 16 popular clubs from all around the wourld, make 4 groups with 4 equal teams like it is now and that's it. Guess it's not so hard to do. It's boring to play with same clubs season after season...
