how is the % gained in training and friendlies calculated? is it divided by the old age divisions (-20 / 21-24 / 25-29 / 30+)?

yes i know that, my question is about the levels of evolution, like a few years ago the scout had age division not used anymore, and i was curious to know if they affect the quantity of evolution (like im pretty sure not all players from 15-25 evolve the same %, theres probably an age that reduced the improvment
