Can someone explain to me OSM Crews?

    I'm fairly new to the game and my buddies and I have seen talk about OSM Crews and we're very interested, but we don't know what it is. We've tried to look up what it is, but Google doesn't seem to know either. Could maybe a veteran of the game explain to me the concept of this game mode (i.e. the scoring, how to join, how teams are made)? Thank a lot and I look forward to hearing back!
