Topic of the day : Crew World
What is your opinion on Crew World? Please, share your thoughts, your memories, your wishes etc
Personnaly, I remember the CCL semi-final between RO MANIA and Lusos in 2014. I found some pictures and I look back with pleasure on the past years with Mario (Lacatus).
I also remember when the French Legends and Les 7 Mercenaires argued hard on the French forum. But some time later, they all ended up to play in the same crew. They probably understood that it was just a game. Although I like the rivalry...
I recently joined the Idios Assassins because I wanted to discover the new battles system and it is better for that to play in a competitive Crew. To be honest, I was sceptical about pleasant ambiance because it's said that Northerners are a little cooler... Shame on me! The opposite has happened! They make me feel at home and we laugh a lot on WhatsApp!

Crew world is a lot more competitive than the normal boring leagues in OSM, I only go in one on my 4 accounts for world domination and manager points. Rest is for battles or competitions. Just think it is a real shame no moderator tools are coming to these new 10 day battles. You want to come play in the proper battles with rules, capped TCs or none at all, timers and BCs compensation off give me a shout Moukha. Think you will be great in them

@harry-poon really hope so, moderator tools would make them 10 times better Mate. Even just capping the TCs would be a start, 6TCs for 10 games is abit much and people do use them. It’s not how good you’re on the game sometimes in these, it is how deep are your pockets.

Personnaly, I like the new battles system, it is a dynamic one and the potential for evolution is great! "New blood" in the game makes a big difference because OSM had become off-putting for old players. Like Jeff, I am glad to read that Harry is working on a more regulated version. This is the beginning, so we must be patient ..... but not too much!

@moukha-nakre I prefer old battles and competitions personally but il play in both, the new battles are good and has big potential but far from the finished article in my eyes and I hope so. Needs some tweaking so all the top crews play consistently. A lot missing because of these moderator tools I feel. Saying this but @Harry-Poon any chance you can have a word with someone so we can have more than 24 in a crew and play 5 battles at a time, our crews full and our subs are strong for these battles

New and old battles can "coexist", that is just a new mode game. One doesn't preclude the other. Opportunity to make a choice is something positive. I fully agree with you about tweating, I think it will be successfull in the next versions.

Also we'd like OSM to organize official crew tournaments for crews and nations. Now they're organized by common managers.

@sabit-mamedov would be nice, I’d like to see more official individual competitions aswell as official crew competitions. I’m still very greatful that the common managers do these competitions for free or we would have nothing at all! There’s a lot of them about but we can’t have them on the UK forum

No one else wants to say a few words about Crew world?@Sabit-Mamedov @jeffro-davies It would be fine! Yes, there are great competitions on Polish forum. Very well organized... I think that we'll post the final results on OSM CHANNEL. The list of prize-winners in one place would be a practical information.
There is not enough audience, the channel needs to broadcast advertisting to survive :

On this subject, I think that it would be a good choice to create a GoT team for the next OSM WC. Gregor Clegane, "The Mountain", would be an impassable goalkeeper!

@moukha-nakre It's great idea. For example; I'd like to see at WC Mortal Kombat characters like Scorpion, Sub Zero, Lui Kang, Sonya etc. I'm big fan of this game.

@jeffro-davies Yes, common managers do this and we are all greatful for such hard work. But if these kind of tournaments will be organized by GB, there will be much more interest to crew battles than now.

as to the choice of Usain to be professional player, already with 32 years, I think very risky. but he is not a normal person, he is an athlete of great competition and he is already accustomed to taking his body to the limit. Let's see how it goes, I wish you luck!

One thing we know for sure, that he is not in it for the money. I think it is a little presomptuous, one does not become footballer overnight but yes he is an athlete, and he is not just any athlete, so let's just wait and see how it goes. We wish him to do better than Michael Jordan in baseball!
