OSM WC 2019 Edition

Hi all,
A little update about what OSM WC 2019 will be:
- We are going to play this edition with Proposal 2.1 system:
Proposal 2.1
Best 4 qualified from last edition final + Best 8 from manager points WC list are automatically qualified and don't need to play a 1st WC round.
- 1st round: 12 leagues of 12 managers each one. (Best 3 goes to next round)
- Semifinal: 4 leagues of 12 managers each one. (Best 3 goes to next round)
- Final: 1 league with 12 manager to know our 2019 WC champion.
With this proposal, we are going to have in total 156 users with same system than last edition but giving some recognition to the best users form last edition final and those users who recollect more points for this edition!

I'm going to see if I can make one more league for those 12 managers that got a direct place to WC Semifinals... They won't be waiting during a month and with this league we can have a simply way to order them in one or another semifinal league

Soon I will begin to check managers to find cheaters and don't let them play this competition and OSM in general, don't forget that first of all we all must respect OSM rules.

I would take a look to actual WC teams and see which need an update. For this point i accept suggestions to create new WC teams or modify actual teams. You can give me your suggestions by PM or here in this topic if no one already suggested it and you are going to invest more than 10 seconds preparing it.
To make a WC team, what I need is 23 players (Full name, "Shirt name" & nationality) and team's name of course. Actual WC teams are:

One Piece
Sons of Anarchy
F1 Drivers (Should be updated)
Female singers
Female soccer (Need to take a look)
Moto GP riders (Should be updated)
2017 G-20 Summit (Should be updated, better if we can make it when we have 2019 names!)
Basketball players (Need to take a look)
Famous guitarist
Football coaches (Need to take a look)
Hottest Actresses (My priority is to change this one, no more editions treating women as objects)I think that's all at the moment, keep playing leagues to recollect max. manager points as possible, we have four more months until we reach 31st May!

i would propose a new teams for osm wc
delete teams : sons of anarchy, one piece,famous guitarist,
suggestion : F1 drivers and moto gp in a team together .
new team : Football stars, squad ronaldo messi neymar salah etc etc.
new team : Film stars,squad superman batman spiderman hitman , etc etc
new team: Social Network squad facebool twitter whatsapp instagram etc etc it would be funny -

If I remember correctly, we already have a team that is built with football coaches, it's in 422ons special league. So obvious, all you have to do is to rename some of the players that have changed names.

@markez17 I have a suggestion to create a new team with Mortal Kombat fighters. It is one of our favorite game and I think in OSM there are fans of MK too. So let's introduce this new team:

@Markez17 Hi all! I always wanted to create a team in this game. You have many options, such as animes / series of my childhood such as Yu-Gi-Oh !, among many others. For now, I propose characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Here I leave a list of possible characters, positions and numbers can change, I can not decide there. On the one hand is his original name and on the shirt would go his name of superhero. Also, add your nationalities or place of birth, although some are fictitious. I hope the idea is supported and interested to many.
The reason for the choice, we all liked superheroes at some point. And more than one will expect to be saved in 90 minutes if this equipment is accepted in OSM. In my opinion, I like Marvel characters instead of DC, but you can also do both or combine them, including Superman, Batman, Flash, etc. The idea is that. I hope it is taken into account. For example: Jax is Jackson Briggs. Scorpion is Hasashi Hanzo. Sub-Zero is Bi Han. But not all of them has full name. So if you ask using it as shirt name, you can of course.
What about the positions, I agree with you. Of course you can change it as you consider the right version.

No, they are not the same at all! It's the same thinking to merge (for example) football and handball teams into one. Would you do that? I don't think so and i dont see a reason why would you. Formula and Moto GP, and as I mentioned earlier football and handball too, are different sports, but with similar goals, and style of play.

No, they are not the same at all! It's the same thinking to merge (for example) football and handball teams into one. Would you do that? I don't think so and i dont see a reason why would you. First idea: It's based on a Japanese anime that I saw when I was a kid and it's called Yu-Gi-Oh!. The team is composed of different names of monsters representative of the anime.

Second idea: It is based on the annual classification made by TC Candler. The team is made up of some the most Beautiful Faces 2018 in the world according to this organization.

yes, every manager who respects OSM rules, isn't been suspended in lasst years anc collect necessary points can get qualification

every eague that ends after 14th of december. So if you only play 10 teams leagues, that last 22 days and 4 preparation days, since 15th of december to 31st of may you can do 7 leagues
