As many of you noticed we had major problems with our servers and no one was able to access OSM.
This wasn't a schedule maintenance. This was a problem with OSM servers.
Due to this issue, we decided to skip all the remaining simulations for today.
This means that if your match use to be simulated after 20:00 H UTC, tonight simulations will be skipped and everything will be resumed tomorrow (all timers should automatically adjust)We know that some of you probably won't like our call, but we think it's the one that will be the best for the majority of the users on those servers.
NOTE: We may not be able to 'disable' simulations on ALL servers, so, just to be on safe side, if you're still on time, do your line ups. If this happens to you, our sincere apologies, but it's out of our control. We have to rely on other services to do this!

Telah terjadi problem server osm shg semalam banyak yg tidak dpt mengakses osm.Karena itu pihak osm staff memutuskan utk mengabaikan semua simulasi yg belum berjalan (simulasi sekitar jam > 02.00 WIB). Simulasi pertandingan ditunda hingga esoknya.

Squad Strength
In OSM, the strength of your Squad is very important to win matches. To make this more apparent in the game, the Squad Strength has been added.This shows how strong your own Squad is, but you can also see your opponent’s Squad Strength after using the Data Analyst. The strength is based on the eleven best players according to the chosen formation and can be found on the Dashboard and at the Squad.
The Squad Strength should make it easier for you to make all kinds of choices in the game!

The more Manager Medals you earn, the higher the Division you end up in. Lose too many Manager Medals and you could end up dropping down a Division.
Check out your Career overview to see which Division you are in. On the Divisions overview you can add friends to see how they are doing. Behind the question mark on the Division overview you will find more information about Manager Medals, Divisions and bonuses.
