How can a player have a higher value than normal when he appears on the transferlist?
I see this in my league with Nabil Fekir turning up on the list with a value of 99. This while he was not in the league before turning up on the list.

The ratings of players on the transferlist grows during the season. You won't find any world stars at the start, but they might appear at the end. You can view this as external/foreign teams also training their players.
I guess the ratings of players on the list is related to the ratings of players in the competition.
I remember selling a player at rating 90 to an external team, and buying him again with rating 95.
