WC leagues - Main rules
- All OSM Rules must be followed.
- Break rules can be punished with lost of league points, be disqualified from competition or be suspended/locked, depends on the seriousness of the matter.
- You can set a player in different position (Except GKs and GK position) but never do it in order to benefit other manager.
- Features like friendlies are up to each manager to decide how many they do per round.
- If you find another manager breaking any rule, just let me know (Markez17) by private message.
While you all are training and playing friendlies to improve your squad during pre-season...
- What do you think about your squad starter value?
- Do you prefer this or the 1st round squad value?
- Fit the team for your main tactics or you are going to try something alternative?

I prefer the value of the teams in the 2nd round because they are more balanced and I believe that there will not be excessive imbalances between members of the same team.
as always, I will use the modules and tactics that have given me the most satisfaction. -

@Markez17 Squad ratings and team balance of players diversity for me as well are better in 2nd round. It gives you opportunity to play different styles if neccessary. Only thing I would have add to this otherwise perfectly balanced squad is one or two clear defensive midfielders (def 63 att 71 ovr 67 for example)

Some information about WC Final
- WC Final will begin next Friday, 21st August, i want to give you all some days to rest and don't become mad!
- As soon as we get a league moderator who send all league invitations, I will send you all a private message with main information. If you read and can be league moderator, let me know by private message.
What happen if someone don't want to play next WC phase?
- His/Her place will be given to the next manager in his/her same semifinal league.
What happen if someone is qualified to next WC phase and he/she is locked/suspended?
- His/Her place will be given to the best 4th place in semifinal.
How to determine best 4th?
1 - More league points.
2 - Best goal difference.
3 - Nearest to 3rd place league points. -
