I didnt believed that is possible while i was playing the game unless you buy bosscoins from real money, must say im impressed

It is indeed possible. My highest accumulated was 12.6k in July when I completed a game offer and got rewarded 10.2k BC. Why do you need to pay for BCs when you can just get them for free, am I right?

It was required to finish the offer within 1 month or else no BC will be rewarded. However after I started I played continuously for the first few days and reached lvl 17 in like 8-9 days. Even if you play a bit slower, you should still be able to complete it within a month.
