Exactly there is the problem.
You said Mandrin confirmed the result. He is not a crew. He is a individual. One man can not be a crew and one man can not play a battle alone.
If he would be the captain we would accept this, but he was not the captain and he can not take decisions in name of the entire crew.

I think that if they didnt play the 2nd round, they cant play the third round otherwise this is not fair..
