But i think this is not fair if we have to play whereas Phantom hasn't play. -

RESOLUTIONS
Battle LUSITANOS vs THE 1ST (@MenagerBL / @Angel-Sanctis)Considering the following premises:
-
THE 1ST is fully responsible for the managers it includes in the tournament. Suspensions, whether due or not, should affect only the group of such managers;
THE 1ST is also responsible for making the substitutions or bear the consequences of playing with the CPU; -
In turn, only the captain can declare a battle surrender. In his absence, the group must appoint a new captain. It would be up to LUSITANOS to confirm that the position sent by the member of the group was official.

When something like this happened in this battle, it is expected that the group will replace the managers. In this case, the moderator must be prepared to fire at any time. If this is not possible, the consequences of this delay should not be taken into account.
It is certain that:
A) THE 1ST only had 1 replacement capacity;
B ) LUSITANOS not accepting the request of entry in time, could not request penalty consequent of this delay
For these reasons, the final result of this battle will be in
LUSITANOS 500 vs 0 THE 1STThis does not change WO's official score of other battles.

The main purpose of this tournament is to provide fun for all managers, especially for lack of CCL.

If we are to have a new edition, we will increase the participation criteria of the groups and reduce the number of places, in order to provide a better tournament for all.

Also reviewed will be the value of WO to be used in battles.
For the moment, nothing changes! Let's go and see who will be the 32 classified to the next stage !!!

First of all, let's go to the calendar. I ask that it be followed without major impacts:
Until 06/01 (midday server) – Lineup (moderator for teams HOME and captain for ALL) 09/01 - Start of the second round.We are going to prepare for the third round of the Group Stage. The decisive round for many!

The crews who post alignment on 07/01 will be penalized - 50 pts. Crews not posting alignment until midnight server the day 07/01, will lose the battle for WO.

And before your decision and all that I told you we will play the 3rd round because we respect the organizators, but now and this it's impossible.
With the lose of 500 - 0 we would have -400 points difference. We could beat this ''warriors'' in round 3 over 1.500 - 1.800 difference and we would have nice chance tou qualify in next round, but now with a win of 1.000 - 0 we again suffer damage...OMG that's funny...
Now I will write a suggestion in my name, NOT in the name of the crew.
If you or somebody else want to organize some serious tournament in the future reduce the number of participiants on 32. (max. 64)
A comission of 15 - 20 serious people from all communities should decide which crews will participate and which not.
With all respect to all crews, but right now in the WCC 75% of all crews are funny. They even don't know the basic rules, about squad buliding I don't need to speak.
It makes no sense to let them play. They only distort fair-play. Look now. Many crews will suffer damage because many crews gave up. They will win 1.000 although they could probably win 1.500 or more points difference and they will not qualify to the next round because of that. Exactly like we. Some battles don't need to be played, everyone knows who will win.
Also very important, that will make the battles more interesting and the whole tournament shorter in time.

I'm sorry to disagree only on this point:
There are 96 crews participating. So far only 7 are out of the game, which represents (7.3%) only!
Of the 89 remaining crews, we have a group of about 50 crews still fighting for classification, which is 56%. There remain about 39 crews that somehow bother a little.
