Hi, today I'm at away, playing against 4-3-3 b with wing play. Our squad values nearly the same and I have the better midfield, and almost identical forwards and defenders. Which tactic should I use?

Attacking (70) mentality
Pressure depends on the refereeing level

Forward supporting the midfield
Midfielders holding position
Defenders defending deep

I do play home, indeed. I was worried because I played a solid 433 and lost away, I did have 2 injured players that game, but didnt think it would matter that much

How can I beat 343B and 442A... I'm using Bayern with 433B or any other suggestion??

Don't set your mentality so defensively. Try to keep it over 20.
If you're gonna play with five defenders, consider playing with upcoming backs, since you'll have three centre-backs behind. About the midfield line, also consider ordering it to hold position instead of supporting defense - which already counts with five defenders.
