@nnarberal You could use the training and max out your team. Also, tactics are important. If you have a team with strong defense, than use zonal marking. If you have strong midfield, you can play passing game.

Pressing: 30-40, style 40-50, tempo 70-80. But it depends from opponent and squad value and where you play home or away.
