I often play 451 and 4231 because this is my favourite formation and have a lot of tactics
I use it when i become wealer than opponent

Also, I often play 442b and 352 when i play againest equavalent team

Finally , i play 433 A,B for opponent with weaker team

But the most favourite formatio to me is 451

@Michael-Yapriadi go defensive. If its a training camp go for 631a;defend deep;support defense; attack only. Counter attack;72/19/61. Zonal;no offside. (This for training camp or very strong players). For secret training use any defensive formation (if ur opponent is weak don't use defensive as it could be draw; if opponent strong go for maybe 5311).

If weaker 3322 SOS man marking;yes offside.
54/39/59 support midfield; stay position;defend deep. Good luck. Choose which ever u think is good enough

@Chekache if ur defenders are stronger or the number of strikers of opponent are less in number compared to your defenders then man marking can be chosen. Otherwise zonal.
