Anyone help? I have today a match in retro league without training so we have same power of squad, away, I guess opponent will be play 541 a shoots, anyone help how I can beat him?

@łuksal I would say 433 Wing Attack. I use that most of the time and it usually works

Against counter attack teams I normally will not have high pressing. I also normally use wing play against such teams.

@mfrsutyrinav Try 4231 with long shots when he plays 4-3-3 B. I'm not sure if this works against 4-3-3 A as well.

@vinayak-singh-mehra Why 3-4-3 B- Counter Attack? I use this formation with wing play (against weaker opponents) or passing game (against counter or shoot on sight teams).

Using wing play in 3-4-3 B is something I can't prefer any time. Why? Because there will be only two players towards the wings. There won't be any midfielder or defender on the wing, right? I use counter-attack here because there are lesser defenders and more midfielders.

Green- Maximum reckless

Blue- Maximum reckless, try to use lower tackling if you're likely to win

Yellow- Maximum agressive, try using lower tackling if likely to win

Orange- Maximum normal, if opponent is weaker, use careful.

Red- Careful

Bonus tip: Try using lower tackling against weaker opponents. Eg- My team is stronger than opponent and referee is green, still I will go to normal. Tackling can also be dependent on how much you are attacking or defending.
