I like the Winners Cup tournaments, but I noticed that these often take place at 16:15 or around midnight Central European Time (summer time even at 01:00 Central European Time). This way I miss a lot of training opportunities and I have been too late to adjust my line-up in time. Is it possible for GameBasics to schedule Winners Cup tournaments in the evening in the future? Normally we have the choice to pick a league on a different server, but I have been moved to server Maximiliano (match time 16:15) twice now and then I can't compete with the other managers because I can't train twice per day or adjust the line-up after training.
@koningco GB cannot solve this problem for years...

So apparently GB made an update that changes the positions and now a defender can be either a left back, right back or centre back. I have 3 questions now:
- Why is it only available for iOS?
- Game Basics love doing surveys when coming with new ideas: why was there no survey about that?
- Will it work like in FIFA, where i.e. a RB can play as a RM, CB or LB with lowered stats and on the other positions he has veeery worsened stats?
ŚO, LO and PO are Polish names for CB, LB and RB

It is only available for beta testers. It is normal if not everyone have this. As a beta tester you mustn't find strange this modifications. Enjoy and give your feedback.

@koningco There's nothing to investigate/fix. There are winners cup leagues on all servers. This means that there are Winners Cup leagues simulating in all possible times. You're just being unlucky to end up always on leagues that simulate on same time zone:

@koningco There's nothing to investigate/fix. There are winners cup leagues on all servers. This means that there are Winners Cup leagues simulating in all possible times. You're just being unlucky to end up always on leagues that simulate on same time zone:

@specialone But isn't it possible to avoid Winners Cups on certain servers? I think between 21:00 and 23:00 UTC (= 20:00 - 22:00 Central European Time) is a suitable time for most users. 15:00 or 16:00 UTC is a real disadvantage for European and (South-) American users, because most of them will be at work or at school.

True, though no one is going out these days, the lockdown will someday be over. Myself, who is a schoolboy won't get time to play OSM. Thus, it should be that OSM should keep different leagues with different matchday time so that everyone can prefer to play OSM based on their time.

We need to match 32 teams with similar values (it's not as easy as you may think), if we add a condition that every manager has to be from same time zone, it will be even harder... we may not even be able to match them, and we'll have other problems.
Looking at the bigger picture, I don't think that play a tournament at a not so suitable time is better than play against squads 10 times better than yours

You should think about this when BC compensation is allowed in app battles

@specialone It's really a big disadvantage if I can not be online while my opponent is. He can change tactics, add a training camp, etcetera. But maybe I will skipp the Winners Cup from now on and just play in competitions where I can choose the simulation time myself.
And by the way: what do you mean with similar values? I never noticed that weak and very strong teams can not be in the same Winners Cup.

@koningco You'll never find a time that suits everybody, because of the different timezones. There'll always be some managers with this problem and in this case it's you. The next time it's someone else.
With sim-times between 20:00 - 22:00 GMT+0, (South-)American users are at work, because it's 4 till 8 hours earlier. Middle east and parts of Asia are sleeping

Will this player position work like nationality? If you got all the players in correct position you'll get some bonus? If you got some amount (like for nationality 6) of player in correct positio you'll get bonus? If you got 1 or 2 players out of position (for example) cm in position of cam or cdm will your team perform worse?
Also, since this positions are added into a game whats happening with the players who can play several position (cristiano ronaldo can play both as LF and ST, same as Mbappe, Kimmich can play several position, Gnabry can play in midfield and attack). There's plenty of players who can play both in defence and midfield, in midfield and attack, as a right back or central back. I think for some players you should give several position that he can play. This way we have Lucas Hernandez from France as a central back while he has 37 attack. That's more as side defender not central defender. -
We need more RM and LM. For example. Bayern Munich plays in 4231 formation, not in 433. Gnabry, Muller, Sane... should play in middlefeld, not in attack. We have more examples...
