You'll find the answer when you will see the league table of those leagues. In this positions from 1 to 4 (some league 1 to 3 and some 1 to 2) you will see a golden highlight in the stand overview.

It is possible that for example the manager of PSG has Messi at 105 rating and that another manager of Liverpool has Messi at 98.Can these both teams be in the same Winner league, so that there are 2 different Messi's?

@FeelStrikeX are you mean about from which leagues you will get a ticket to the Winners' Cup? If so, these are the leagues: Spain, Portugal, England, Turkey, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy and France

I have a suggestion for Winners cup, since it's 4 teams for 4 leagues, 3 for 1, and 2 for 3, that gives us 25 teams, and I have a proposal: Use all 1st division European countries, eliminate 1 for 2 teams and put Russia as a 3 team qualifier for Winners cup, for 26 teams, then the rest, 1, and play from preliminary to playoff round as in the real UCL, to make it as a real UCL experience

@Lirind At the beginning of the winners cup I'm playing teams ranged in value from 200 to 1100 M, so I don't know about that.
Also maybe I'm missing it, but it would be nice to have the option to see the teams listed by manager, or otherwise differentiated, in the various sections, for instance the transferlist.
With the double or triple teams (3 Barcelonas are no joke!) and players it can be a bit messy to keep track of what people are doing. -

There isn't an equal number of different national leagues in the game, Premier League and Liga being the 2 most common.On top of that you need to start the winners cup in a reasonable time so it needs to be considered who actually used the ticket in a certain time frame. Overall that shouldn't change the distribution determined by what leagues the players actually play, but it surely makes it harder to make a winners cup with a certain specific nationality-based composition.

Winners cup has serious flaw. I've played one round of it, I came first with Atalanta in Italian league. My team wasn't the strongest and most expensive one during the season in Italy. After I got promotion to Winners cup, first thing I've noticed that there are teams worth like 1.5bn in start. My suggestion would be - could it be possible to make some kind of filter, so that Cup could be more balanced, that it becomes competition of skill and tactics, and not the most expensive team. Basically, make it even chances for everyone, teams of similar strength in winners cup.
