Top teams

Hi, I just started playing OSM about 3 months ago, and I see some insane teams with all players maybe 100+ or 95+, while I might end the season with just some players over 90+. Are there any suggestions to improve my team?

@Leo0781 use the scout and your transfer list as much as possible. If you are not able to make money fast, buy young players and make them stronger. Set yourself a target. I'll tell you mine: in main stream leagues like england or france or italy etc. You have to rely on the transfer list and ur scout. Sell your weak players in pre season and but young talent or strong players and continue this till the transfers become slow (in the sense after few (maybe 10) the players take time to sell in some leagues) so to make money instead if selling ur weak players, you buy less than 80 stats players and sell them for full price. Then u make money. Also the best way is to keep stocking your money(lets say u made 40mil, and ur team already considerably strong. DO NOT buy a strong player, instead save it in bank and when a better strong player who has way better stats than someone in your current squad, you buy) also after u are strong keep ur above 80 players as they can play very well against weak teams and when you feel tht a better player can be made a substitute then sell tht weak 80+ players.
For small leagues or teams: you use the method of selling your strongest as well as weak players in pre season and use the scout. Only the scout and sometimes the transfer list for young talent. And only use the buy weak and sell tactic tht i wrote above. I am currently in Egypt and im already miles ahead of others in terms of how strong my team is. In pre season you start with buying a strong goalie then strong midfielders (preferably 3) then 1 striker then focus only on defence(5 defence players) then you move on to ur forwards. And during this buy 3 players from transfer list and sell them (it doesn't matter if they stronger: example lets say i have a 75 player and as i need to make money to buy a stronger player i buy a 78 player, so instead of selling the 75 you sell the 78 as u make more money with tht money you buy strong player and the rest u can take care when u feel like selling the rest of the weak. The best amount of squad players u need to have to be successful is 5 or 6 forwards (preferably 6 but 5 works too as long as you rotate them during matches); 6 midfielders( 3 attacking the rest can be all round or 2 all round and 1 defence OR 3 attacking 1 all round and rest defence OR all round) you cam decide tht but remember, for your strongest team you need 2 attacking and 1 all round/defence.;8 defenders ( 4 markers/all round,4 full backs OR 4markers and 4 all round OR you can make yours accordingly it doesn't matter.)Just remember 8 defenders. And2 strong goalkeepers out of which one is your main. Good luck. Hope you can find this useful. If you want to go on your own terms you can do tht and i want you to. Dont listen to everything i said about the 3 attack or 4 defence. U can decide tht but the ideal squad is 6 forwards. 6 or 7 midfielders. And 8 defenders and 2 goalkeepers.

@Leo0781 i forgot to continue this..
. About the target...
Let's say u have a 80 player, and u set a target if 90 for your player. Make tht 80 player reach 90 then focus on the other. Dont make one player do training then change after he is over... you see it will take a long timeeeee. But do keep in mind tht if u continuously train one player again and again his green bar (progression bar) will decrease. In tht case yes you can put another player but always focus on one. Here is some incouragement for you(and proof ) about my method. Its my egypt team its my 16th match day. My fixed income is only 750K. Here is my squad. You can message me if u need help. Im ready to help you
.
As you can see i have purposefully bought 4 players tht i do not need and are in the list.

@lakshay-ahluwalia Hi, my fixed income is only 660k so is it still ok to do the buy sell tactic? Also, which positions should I normally focus on? The one mentioned in another post when u buy keepers first and all that or the position that is currently my weakest? Your advise will be helpful as it's still pre season on my side. Thanks in advance

the best idea is to constantly train young player (not old otherwise it takes way longer) and sell/buy players from the transfer market because then even buying a player with the same stats will give you an income to buy better players. Also, the price decreases in the transfer market so use this to your advantage. I have a 99 ovr team in just ten games due to those things.
