Why Kosovo isn't a nationality on the OSM ?

Now Kosovo is a country and I am albanian .So I want to play with nationality Albanina and Kosovo

There are about 200 nationalities and ethnic groups in Russian Federation, but everyone plays here as Russians!
There are millions of Turks in Germany and they play here as Germans.
There are millons of African people in France, but they play here under the French flag.
...Should I continue this list?
