Is there any value playing defenders who are full backs in RL in wide defensive positions or do you get the same performance from CBs in wide defensive positions?

Is there any value playing defenders who are full backs in RL in wide defensive positions or do you get the same performance from CBs in wide defensive positions?
@GrahamPaddon alexander arnold, brandon Williams, etc are all round. U can use them as both CB and FB. Defenders with above 20 attack and less than 30 attack are all round. I also use 18 or 19 or 17,16 attack defenders as FB sometimes. It doesn't make much difference though.
