Hello, I have sent some offers to clubs in the same league for quite some time, it tells me that the club to which I have sent the offer is reviewing it. My question is if that takes a long time for the CPU to respond or is not normal. THANK YOU.

I saw your profile and you are in pre-season the computer teams (CPU) won't be responding to offers. When the first match has been played, they respond at the next transfer cycle.
