Its nice to see we are finally getting some answers and explanations. Always nice to see that our "complaints" and suggestions are being at least looked in to and taken into consideration.
Anyway, I would like that all of us focus more on suggestions to improve the medal system in order that we have as much as possible fair system that will award competitiveness and activity. Focusing only on cheaters and focusing only on the fact that we dont like medal system will surelly not help to improve much.
So lets think about it and give some great suggestion, some people already tried to give some awesome feedback and suggestions, and there are some really great ideas here, lets keep it up!

Not really sure if this is the way to go. The only possibility I see here is to add another setting when requesting leagues, so league mods can enable/disable it. It will require also adjustments on signing up, because it will have to be clear that Medals are active or not. On the specific situation of crew battles, it will have to be ALL on or ALL off....
On a personal opinion I think that if we change, we should go for a change on calculation of win/draw/loss medals according with managers division and also end of season medals calculation.
I would say all off for crew battles, but I appreciate it's being considered.
Are you saying that "The Force" crew league is an easy league ? How many did you won in the 9 seasons you played there
? And don't forget that I always play with the lowest goal team on crew league 
You should play a few more to make me lose 4K (2 * 2K) on every season
In case someone wants to try it, just drop me a line This is the list of League and cup winners and also managers who did the double on the 138 seasons we already played (I know, I know.... I'm abusing my position and advertising my league)
no, I didn't say it was easy, only you win most of them (like your table shows ) I was close 1 or 2 times, but still suffer from it not winning once 
But always enjoyed playing it!
If I have time and a free slot I will certainly come and play more leagues

Force & Friends leagues are always fair. No ST and TC used and no abuse of BC
( but you cannot expect anything else from staff members )I know @woopertje did join once and he couldn't manage it either, Although he had difficulty of having a goal 1.

We're playing now the 139th Season, we already had 104 different managers playing on it and only 36 different managers won it

Now playing with teams with low objectives means loss of more medals. And most of all, you lose thrice the number of medals (which you get when you win a match) when you lose a match. I agree your point -

If you are a bad manager, you are sure to lose more medal points.
The only difference is that you get the same number of medal points when you take a club with obj 16 and obj 1, while with manager points it is not so. And if you want to be on top, you have to play with 4 slots -

On the technical side, old ranking system is becoming way too heavy for engines with the increase of number of users (keep in mind that every user have up to 4 entries on MP ranking system)

the winner of the strongest CIS league received a negative bonus according to its results
playing against a manager with a much stronger lineup, the system considers such a balance of points to be fair
maybe I'm wrong, but having the status of admin and forum moderator, one of your missions is to convey a message from the community to the developers
Based on the all-time low rating message, have you decided that everything is ok? I think you are useless to the community, but only contribute to the transformation of a good game (which is an important part of the lives of thousands of people around the world) into another casual shit from the playmarket. I do not know what to add I have already said everything, or passed on the information and examples by the staff of my country ... It was however so simple to limit the ranking of medals to a single account and not to the 4, and to count that the open championships ....

@timilic7 Competitive players will leave the game if it stays "balanced" This is not real balance. So only casuals will be left in the game, and soon, it will jsut get boring, and the game will die off. To quote the great Winston Churchill, "Now is not the end. Nor is it the beginning of the end. But, perhaps it is the end of the beginning." It's t he end of the beginning of this game. It's been going strong-ish for years, now the player drop off, soon to come, then the game being down to the casuals only, dying off, with all of us going to the almost as broken FIFA, shell out the bucks for Football Manager, or switch to Top 11. If nothing happens, this game is doomed.

@wakil-isco No need to even spend money ... 4 closed championships, against the computer, all the time .. No recruitments no friends no training camp ..... So no need to even give up money

@timilic7 But what is the goal of the game against a computer and not playing against experienced coaches? Is this because of a stupid, ignorant arrangement that has no benefit?

@wakil-isco No interest, but in any case that no longer allows me to be at the top of the ranking while playing osm duels with my crew or championships against a good manager ... And leaves room at the top representing the eh we likes to the majority of average players ...

i like the new medal system, higher ranking is harder to hold on. just the top 100 ranking gives opportunity to play private leagues in order to manipulate your ranking by easy winning your own league cause there is no competition. top 100 manager should forced to play competition tournaments or leagues by osm system randomly once per month and up to 4 slots. ๐ฆฟ
