Transfers are allowed aswel as all other features (as @Lirind stated)

About the budget, what do you think it will happen if all managers had 300M to build a team? Do you think that there are enough Top players to build 10 teams? And where will be the fun on play a whole season with a static team, you won't any have players to buy to improve the squad!

I have applied in the fantasy league since this morning, but I have not been in the league yet.

All 10 players have to built their squads completely. Obvious, some players in your league didn't do that. Every 2 hours their kicked of the league and new managers coming. In version 2.0 it usually took from 2 to 8 hours (according to personal observations)

The previous OSM version had 3 different budgets. I agree with Mr. @SpecialOne that leagues with 300-400M budgets simply cannot start, since the last 2-3 players will be left full of slag and they will leave the league. But not really about transfers. Perhaps an ordinary player will be interested in first building a squad, and then gradually improving it. But for high-level players, it is not a problem at all to update the 100M lineup in 4 days by 90-100%. In fact, all the fun remains in the unusual name of the team, since otherwise I do not see the difference from the casual league of Australia / Albania / Kuwait. In these leagues, and without a fantasy mode, in a week you can collect your own dream team worth 100M+ (just shell out more Boss Coins).
I do not insist on changing the default settings. But the ability, for example, to turn off transfers and play a themed league with friends is something I've been thinking about for the past few weeks. For example, there are a lot of ideas to come to an agreement and collect the English Premier League rosters for seasons 13/14, play only 34+ year old players, 10 best academies and their graduates, own world championship among national teams under 18 and so on.
Nevertheless, what has been added to the game is already very cool. And I will trust that the opportunity to create a custom fantasy league will not be long in coming. Thanks again GB!

@specialone great job sir. I totally agree 100m budget is enough. Im looking forward to be able to create a league and play with my friends. And is there any possibility in near future Fantasy League to be used in official battles? Thank you.

Good morning to all of you.
Yesterday i finnish my first Fantasy League...
For those who think that 100M initial budget is a poor budget, i want to show you my final squad...

I can tell you that 100M it is not a poor budget at all.
From all 20 initial players, i only kept 7 of them. This is not the propose of a Fantasy League. So,i ask Gamebasics to remove transfers from Fantasy League and enable us to create our own league to play with friends anda it will be great!

This is supposed to be active. But in reality it is not quite like that.

Private league, means that you can create a fantasy league and select which managers will join it.
Those managers will have to be invited before league start and not pick fantasy league from active leagues.

After 24h if league is not full, engine will create missing teams and those teams will be managed by CPU.

It's never possible to join a fantasy league after league been created!

@specialone my friend have same problem as @Márcio-Girilim-Santos after he clicked "resign" in his own fantasy league.

also have a couple of questions:

if, after creating a league, my friend accidentally leaves it by clicking "resign", will he be able to return within 24 hours?
similarly: if, after creating a league, my friend doesn't have time to build the squad in an hour and he is kicked out of the league, will he be able to return?
will i be able to invite more than 10 people (1 me + 9), if one of my friends does not come in during the first conditionally 12 hours, in order not to play with the CPUs?
if so, then: if the 11th participant cannot join the league, then one of the first 10 entered the league, but did not complete his squad - then we need to wait 60 minutes, right?

and in addition: thanks a lot!
as far as I understand, many managers from the forum, facebook, reddit and other social media were waiting for this; i saw it by chance only after 5 days, because usually in this kind of messages you publish "we fixed bugs on android and ios"

@wenger-wise Pretty awkward questions. Why would you create a league, pay for it and resign a couple hours later? Or even pay for a fantasy league and don't build up your team in the next hour?

Ok, assuming that it really happens...

A resignation is a resignation, it doesn't matter when it's made. After resign, you just can't get back to same league.

If you don't build up your fantasy team in time, you won't be able to return to your team/league. You have a quite small chance to achieve it in case you create an open fantasy league and you join a league. If your previous league isn't full, you may be lucky and get a place on it!

Not sure if I understand your last doubts, but you can send more than 9 managers. It will be first to join first to serve. When league is full, remaining managers won't be able to join it!
