Injury and red card odds

What are the odds of getting injured and suspended in one game ? I just lost a game I clearly should have won, because I got 2 injuries and a suspension(red card), even though I played with carful tackling. Yes, the ref was full red, yet my opponent only got 1 yellow card.
Keen on hearing some answers/ideas.

@exbereckid you always have a chance to get red card even on careful tackling with soft ref. I'm trying to play risky cause i believe that on distance this tactic could give you more benefits. For example, if you play agressive with red ref, on average you will get a red once per 5 games (rough approximation), but in all this games you will have superiority (but of cource you can get 3 reds in a row cause it works randomly)
