"Niestety" ale trzeba przyzwyczaić się do nowych zasad. OSM w kontekście rywalizacji bitewnych wszedł w nową erę. To co było trzeba oddzielić grubą krechą i pisać nową historię na nowych zasdach.
Na razie się przypatruję całej sytuacji -

NC : Welcome Sir Hunchy
SH : Thanks for the invitation!
NC : What is your favorite to win the Nations Cup?
SH : Well, that question is complicated, we have great teams in this tournament.
NC : What do you expect from this competition?
SH : A very high level of quality, which may even surprise some of the most experienced.
NC : Are you referring to a tactical revolution?
SH : I am optimistic, I think we will be treated to new ideas and concepts!
NC : Thank you Sir Hunchy, we are looking forward to your comments and analysis from the first round of the Nations Cup!Today in Nations Diary, we have the National coach of Nicaragua : @Ruslan-Andrey-CH
Q-> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
A : It is the one that has been used since the classic battles were banned, little by little we are adapting to this new system but if the classic battles return it would be the best.
Q -> Do you have, any suggestion to improve the competition?
A : Perhaps a little more information in the tables, where the names of the managers are directly to know who sends the invitation to each league and thus avoid confusion when entering the tournament.
Q -> What can you tell, about Nicaragua team?
A : We are a young team, eager to learn a lot and give everything for our country, we do not have many managers but we do everything possible to participate in tournaments.
Q -> What are your goals for the competition?
A : Experience for each manager, that they feel important to their team and that they give their best in every game.
Q -> When you select the coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?
A : That is responsible, that you want to be better every day and above all teamwork.
Q -> In Nations Cup we'll have : "The Nations Diary", a casual news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest to be published?
A : They could publish the results every 5 dates to know the performance of each manager.
We thank @Ruslan-Andrey-CH for this optimistic interview!! Good Luck Nicaragua

staffn145@gmail.comAnd today, in Nations Diary, we have the National coach of Bolivia, @Florida5 :
Q-> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
A : Well, since the classic battles that were more exciting because you were directly facing a specific opponent are prohibited, this is an interesting format adapting to the new osm rules, if I am not mistaken it is the same format as TNH, played recently But as I say, it is what we have to adapt until there is a tool, where we can choose a rival in the app battles
Q -> Do you have, any suggestion to improve the competition?
A : The only difference would be, that they take into account the teams with few managers, if they also have to make manager changes every day it may be complicated.
Q -> What can you tell, about Bolivia team?
A : We are a team that little by little is consolidating with managers who are at a good level and we will surely enter the tournament to fight and play equally against the favorites.
Q -> What are your goals for the competition?
A : As I said before, we are consolidating ourselves, the first objective will be to pass the phase, as Cholo Simeone says "step by step", there are favorite teams of excellent level and it will be a fairly demanding tournament.
Q -> When you select the coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?
A : First the current performance they have in their groups, then the availability of a free account to play the tournament, in addition to the predisposition to play as a team, we have within the manager team that they are passing a good level in osm, we will try to have everything the stellar establishment, I hope they can all go.
Q -> In Nations Cup we'll have : "The Nations Diary", a casual news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest to be published?
A : It would be nice if a summary of the progress of the tournament would be published every two or three days, perhaps to note some important crossings of the day, games that can decide the day, even see the history of outstanding managers, it is as if in life real they said it comes from a club, in this case it would be the group in osm.
What a nice interview, with a charismatic leader, who touches us with simplicity, thank you @Florida5 and Good Luck Bolivia!
Don´t forget to come back tomorrow, we will have more information and updates! And your guilty pleasure : Nations Diary!!
Thank you, stay safe and enjoy life!

http://bit.ly/NC2021_REGULATIONHi OSM lovers, its me Sir Hunchy.
Today i will do a general analysis of group A. 16 teams, 64 managers and 30 games to qualify 6 National teams for the final.
A very balanced group, in which it will be very complicated to define who is truly favorite.
Even the less experienced teams are very competitive, and will have a role in the qualification. But in the end, i think that the experience will define and grant a place in the final of the Nations Cup 2021.
France, Brazil and The Netherlands are the most experienced teams, and certainly candidates, not only to qualify for the final, but also to win this competition.
And then there are the outsiders like Portugal, Índia or Croatia, who have arguments to intrude on qualification and create surprise.
The details of tactical nature will undo the balance that will be the dominant note in this group. Tomorrow, i will bring an analysis about group B, until then enjoy the beautiful game.Today we are going to interview the coach of the Polish national team.
Q : What do you think about the format of this competition?
A: Bravo! This is a very interesting proposition for national teams, but there is nothing new to Polish managers, in a similar formula we play all year tournament called the Coliseum - War of Gladiators organized by the Polish OSM Personnel. It is attended by crew representatives, but only one per league. We also do not close ourselves to players without crews, they can play with the "wild card". There are also other tournaments such as the Polish Crews Cup (organized by the Polish OSM Personnel) or WARRIORS CUP 2021 by Polish Warriors (a private tournament of one of the Polish crews). There is a lot going on in the Polish community when it comes to tournaments.
Q : Do you have any suggestion to improve the competition?A: I think you have to treat this tournament like something new and draw the teams completely randomly without any ranking. However, after this tournament, I would create a ranking that would be updated every year. Each national team got points for the overall classification, starting with the winner and ending with the last place, which would also be a distinction. Even one point for the last place in the general classification is an achievement that can be beaten in the next round.
Q : What can you tell about Polish team?A: We have many great managers and choosing those who will represent Poland is always a real headache for the director of the national team or selectors. After the Nations Cup 2021 in Poland, the first democratic elections for the coach of the national team with a term of 2-3 years will take place (we are still working on the details of this project). So far, this position has been transferred from hand to hand between managers with strong leadership qualities and high skills in playing in OSM. Polish staff of OSM works closely with leading Polish crews, not forgetting the rules of OSM, punishing cheaters and playing, and maintaining fair play in relation to other players in every tournament.
Q : What are your goals for the competition?A: We want to win, of course. You play to win, otherwise why play? Poland has not won anything in OSM for a long time, neither individually (the last winner individually in the World Championships from Poland was Sir Marek Myjchrzak in 2014) or as a team (the last great success was a gold medal for Poland in WNT 2015/16, where I was part of it golden team). However, we will want to test ourselves against other great managers in this tournament. We treat this tournament as a test for our national team in the new format.
Q: When you select coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?A: When selecting managers for this tournament, I focused on the achievements of the crews and managers in the Crew Cup 2021 - new and refreshing format. The first edition in the new format was won by one of the best Polish crews at present: Polska Akademia Menadżerów, which has also been present in the TOP 100 battle ranking for a long time. But I couldn't forget about places for managers from other great and titled teams such as Husarya_PL, Polish Legends or Polish Eagles. And yet there are Polish crews with great potential like the oldest Polish crew: Polish Sparta or others with potential like Polish Warriors, Lions of Poland, Polish Valhalla, FC Legendarni, Akademia Menadżerów PL and many others. I had to take ibuprofen for a headache, and I could have fielded twenty of these sets of fours for the tournament anyway.
Q : In the Nations Cup we´ll have: "The Nations Diary" a casual news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest to be published?A: It's a great idea! I think that you can also talk to the best managers in the tournament from different nationalities, not only with the captains or national team selectors. OSM is like a river, it evolves and develops, and we either go with the river flow, we evolve together with OSM, or we will be lost if we try to do something against the flow. As in a river, fighting with the flow (or with changes) will sooner or later make us lose. My advice for this interview: follow the current of changes in OSM, then you will always be the winners anyway. Thank you very much for the opportunity to share my reflections before this tournament, where I will lead the Polish national team to the battle for the last time, and after the elections - I will entrust the management of the team to younger managers. After all, I was writing my first texts on... a typewriter, when the computers were the size of your bedroom... I was born in 1968. Good luck for all participants.
We thank you for your interview because we know that in addition to the position of selecting you are still a game moderator, sorry we stole some of your time.

Its me Sir Hunchy!
Today i will do a general analysis of group B. 16 teams, 64 managers and 30 games, to qualify 5 National teams for the final.
This group, due to the absense of 4 teams, which will be managed by the CPU, turned out to be the smallest and least competitive group.
Even so, they have very strong teams, which will certainly guarentee access to the final and are able to become champions. I am talking about Argentina, Poland and Turkey.
Any of these 3 has value and the ability to move on to the next phase and will be one of the strongest in this tournament.
But beware, this qualification will not be a walk in the park.
Because they will have to rely, with the opposition of "outsiders" such as : Hungary, Morocco and Colombia, who will certainly discuss access to the final until the last day.
Tomorrow i will do an analysis of group C, until then have fun with the beautiful game!!
Today we are going to interview the coach of the Algerian national team @SiiR-Taki.
Q: What do you think of what this competition looks like?
A: The tournament looks very special, since there are no classic fights so this is the appropriate solution, a great organization. I hope it continues until the end
Q: Do you have any suggestion to improve the competition?
A: There is no suggestion, everything is complementary
Q: What can you say about the Algerian national team?
A: The Algerian national team is an ambitious team. We always aspire for the best and we are here to fight ...
Q: What are your goals for the competition?
A: Our goal is to win the championship, and we are here to compete, make every effort, and raise the Arab flag
Q: When choosing coaches to represent the national team, what is the most important thing?
A: To have a lot of time to enter and develop
Q: In the Nations Cup we will have: "Nations Diaries", an unofficial news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest publishing?
A: There are many things. For example: the star of the tour, match expectations, meetings with coaches
Thanks for your great interview @SiiR-Taki.

Hi OSM lovers! I'm Sir Hunchy, and i'm back!
Today I'll do a general analysis of GROUP C.
15 teams, 60 managers and 30 games, to qualify 5 National teams for the final.
IDue to the absence of a team, which will be controlled by the CPU, we will have a homogeneous group with several competitive teams, with possibilities if achieving qualification. I would highlight Spain, Egypt and Serbia, as the most "favourite" to guarantee the goal of reaching the final, and going further, to dispute the Nations Cup title.
In a second line of "outsiders", i would highlight Mexico, Ecuador and Iran, with quality to meet the "favourites" and even make a surprise, this group has a lot of balance, and anything can happen!
And so I close this cycle, with the presentation of the 3 groups. Tomorrow, i'll start presenting the first rounds played, the leaderboards, as well as comments on the first results!
Until then continue to enjoy the beautiful game!!
Today we have an interview with Arthur Sunsuwanto, Indonesian National Team Coach.
Q-> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
No other ways since we not be able to plays with classic battle, this format was curing us to had an international competition.Q -> Do you have, any suggestion to improve the competition?
You put to short time between the time limit to submit line up with starting the league, first you must give time for PM to has the all nick name of their manager to be invite and second thing you must give a time to you fill all manager nick name every single group of league.
Communication between organizer and captain of each nation team should be intensive to mitigate the trouble of their participate to minimize CPU manager on league each group.Q -> What can you tell, about Indonésia team?
We’re a strong team, support each other to win this competition.Q -> What are your goals for the competition?
Champion of courseQ -> When you select the coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?
For the first International competition we met in a long waiting on for ages, we just provide the remaining team from the last international competition, but we in preparation to build more power full team in the future. Believe each other, support each other and focus on the competition, that the most.Q -> In Nations Cup we'll have : "The Nations Diary", a casual news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest to be published?
MVP (manager and nation) each Match Day, Most bigger scout.Thank you @Arthur-sansuwanto! Good luck to Indonesia!
And that's all for today! Stay tuned to the "Nations Diary"!

So, without further delay, here they are:
GROUP A
GROUP B
GROUP C

Also, as posted before, we remind you that the Qualifying Process to the Final Round of 16 will be as follows, to level the presence of 4 CPU Teams in Group B, and 1 CPU Team in Group C:
-
The National Teams that finish in the 5 first positions in Group A, B and C will qualify to the Final Round of 16 (5x3, 15 in total);
-
The National Team that finishes in the 6th place in Group A will complete the pool of 16 National Teams in the Final Round.

Today, in the "Nations Diary", we have an interview with @Lanigj06, National Team Coach of Colombia!
Q-> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
The format is attractive and adapts to what the game currently demands, I personally like it because it is similar to some tournaments in the Hispanic community.Q -> Do you have any suggestions to improve the competition?
Four groups instead of three and to find a way that there are not so many teams from the same community in the same group, but the idea of the tournament is very good.Q -> What can you tell about the Colombian team?
It is a team that never gives up, organized and has managers who always want to win, we have worked every day to improve and we are in the process of growth.Q -> What are your objectives for the competition?
We want to be in the top 5 and why not win the tournament, with work, effort and dedication, anything is possible.Q -> When you select the coaches to represent the National Team, what is the most important thing?
The desire and the disposition, when you have these two ingredients you can achieve great things.Q -> In Nations Cup we will have: "The Diary of the Nations", a casual informative thread within the competition, what do you suggest to be published?
I like this section, I find it somewhat different and it is very nice to be able to meet the other teams.
Thank you for the opportunity to allow us to show others the thinking of our tricolor team.Thank you Laura! Best of luck to Colombia!
