Is there any way of knowing when new players get added to the transfer list?

Hi, Is there any way of knowing or getting notified when new players get added to the transfer list? or do you just have to keep checking?
Is there a system like at a time in the day or after a match is played that it happens etc?

@james_uk Hi mate,
new players to the transfer list are added every 2 hours when the transfer window opens and remains open for 12 to 14 hours of each round (i.e. from 06.00 am until 6.00 pm).
The game engine becomes inactive around and during the simulation time when it comes to its new transfers.
