Q : How did you get to know OSM?
I was invited by a co-worker in 2016 and until now.Q : Do you play other football management games? If so, which?
No, it is the first soccer simulator I play.Q : Do you have any "teacher" in the game? If you do, how important is it in your career?
I learned alone at the beginning, then together with three managers Machuqueta, Gorkaogan and Arzaiz we exchanged impressions, tactics and others.Q : Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar are great Stars of World football. Do you have any favorite players in OSM? Why?
I'll put one per line:
Greenwood
Pedri
Nouri
DonnarummaQ : The OSM has been evolving, creating new challenges for managers every now and then. Do you have any suggestions that might value the game in the short term?
Block the possibility of being played friendlies until you have seen the simulation of your match.
Once the scout returns, the information about what he has brought appears.Thank you Fernando! Best of luck to La Roja for the upcoming challenges! Forza Spain U21!
Before we go, we would like to thank @Arthur-sansuwanto for all the support and work he has put to Nations Cup Project! Unfortunatelly, for professional reasons, he won't be able to keep working with us in the NC Staff! Thank you for all you've done Arthur!

Yesterday we announced the Summer break which will end on August 30th at 00:00, with the opening of the lineup registration phase. But we forgot to mention an important procedure, which will be the PM draw for the Final Leagues. As we mentioned before, National teams that created Leagues twice in qualifying will be exempt from this draw. We will return to this process in more detail to clarify any doubts, closer to the date set for the PM draw. The information published yesterday has already been edited to include this process.
Let´s remember the calendar for the Final of the Nations Cup U21 :

»» From 30/08 at 00:00 CET until 03/09 at 23:59 CET lineup registration phase ;

»» On 04/09 publication of manager list and League annoucement, PM draw ;
»» On 05/09 publication of League walkthrough ;
»» On 06/09 the Final of the Nations Cup U21 begins. These times and dates may change as a result of an unforeseen event.

I´ll be back tomorrow, with the best managers in the individual awards in the 3rd round. Beats...leaving...Bytes!Tonight in Blog of the Nations, we continue the cycle of interviews with the National managers, and our guest is the National coach of France please welcome @H-Manguy
Q : The basis of Nations Cup U21 is the concept of U21 Manager. Do you think the criteria is well defined? If not, can you tell us what it should be instead?
A : I think the U21 criteria is a good one, and is well defined. But to me, it is even more important that it remain the same for all U21 competitions. This was our first U21 competition, and we had to create a team, which I hope we will be able to use again in similar tournaments!Q : In the 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the National teams lineup, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 manager who is not U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
A : I prefer not to play with managers who are not U21, and we used only U21 managers. It may be harder for some national teams, but if there were a poll on this question, I would vote for only U21 managers. I am sure that there are a few good young players for all the countries that may want to participateQ : What is your opinion about the competition rules? What can be improved?
A : I found the rules very good, but one point that could be improved was that we were not really playing "against" a team, we were just trying to score as many points as possible and our total did not depend on the other team. To change that, you could rank the players, not on their league position, but on their position among the 8 players. (So the best one is first, the second best second, and so on). I don't know if it will be better but it is worth tryingQ : After 2 rounds of qualifying, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
A : The format was great, and I like that every national team could play at least 3 times, unlike in the Nations Cup. This was great, because creating a team for just one season would have been very sad. If you do the Nations Cup again (not U21), I would like to see this format too!Q : Your National team didn't make it to the Final. What failed? What are your plans for the future?
A : We had some very strong opponents, and during the decisive battle, we lost to Azerbaijan in the very last days. They were better than us on this battle, but I hope that once our U21 selection becomes more experimented, we will be able to do more!Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of managers at the level of National teams? Why?
A : I think the competition is fulfilling its objective very well! We have had the chance to see new players, both in our team and other teams, and hope that many of them will keep playing with the main national team soon!
Congratulations to all of you for running the tournament, it was very well managed and always interesting to follow! Hope to see moreThank you Hugo for this wonderful interview! It´s always a pleasure to ear your suggestions and to share with the community your thoughts. On behalf of the NC staff i thank your kind words towards our efforts to organize the best competition possible to match your expectations. Croatia here i go!Tonight in the 68th edition of Blog of the Nations, we receive the National coach of Azerbaijan please welcome @Sabit-Mamedov
Q : The basis of Nations Cup U21 is the concept of U21 Manager. Do you think the criteria is well defined? If not, can you tell us what it should be instead?
A : It's fine the current system of defining U21 manager. But in the future maybe we can discuss it and change the match limit from 700 to 1000 for example.Q : In the 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the National teams lineup, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 manager who is not U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
A : Yes, agree. Because it's similar to Olympic system, where there's allowed to pick few players, who are not in U21 cathegory.Q : What is your opinion about the competition rules? What can be improved?
A : There can be added instant sales.Q : After 2 rounds of qualifying, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
A : The organizations is high class. There are many new features like performance analysis of the teams, MVP of every round etc. All these bring quality and interest to the tournament.Q : With qualification for the Final guaranteed, what is your next objective?
A : Our goal is the same. To show our best performance.Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of managers at the level of National teams? Why?
A : I think yes. Cause we can see new names right now at such tournaments. And all these names will be participating at Nations Cup 2022 in their national teams. Also it's very useful forum for crews to transfer the best managers to their squad.Thank you Sabit for this great interview! It´s always important for us and the community to listen and analyse your proposals. On behalf of the NC staff we thank your kind words towards the work we´ve been developing since the creation of the Nations Cup 2021. We wish Azerbaijan good luck to the Final! Uğurlar Azərbaycan!

Please make the lineup registrations as soon as possible, so that we can check if you are in compliance with the regulations, and avoid delays in the start of the competition, as well as in case there is a need to change managers.
We hope it will be an interesting and disputed Final and we wish all the National teams good luck! Our guest in Blog of the Nations, is the National coach of Nigeria please give a warm welcome to @King_Jamiu_10
Q : The basis of Nations Cup U21 is the concept of U21 Manager. Do you think the criteria is well defined? If not, can you tell us what it should be instead?
A : I think the criteria for the NC U21 is great!Q : In the 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the National teams lineup, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 manager who is not U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
A : Sure! Not all teams have all their managers fulfilling the criteria for U21 plus having one senior player guiding the team makes this idea great!Q : What is your opinion about the competition rules? What can be improved?
A : I think the rules are spot on and I really can't think of anything better than what we have at the moment!Q : After 2 rounds of qualifying, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
A : The quality of the format is not bad at the moment and I believe there is room for improvement and any idea that is put forward by the organization to improve it will be welcomed!Q : Your National team didn't make it to the Final. What failed? What are your plans for the future?
A : Experience! Lack of experience was the main factor for our exit from the competition after the second round. We are making plans at the moment though which I won't wanna disclose but we are looking to improve every areas before the commencement of the next tournament!Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of managers at the level of National teams? Why?
A : Yes, it did. Using my team as a case study, before now, most of our managers don't really play together but the tournament changed that and now our managers have begin to play together and are even trying new things out to better their game and gain more experience!
Thanks!Thank you Jamiu for this great interview! It was a pleasure to welcome Nigeria into the Nations Cup family! And it was also a pleasant surprise to see the level of competitiveness they demonstrated in the tournament.
Unfortunately, they didn't make it to the Final, we hope they'll come back to participate in the Nations Cup 2022! Until then we wish Nigeria good luck!We prepared a little surprise for everyone, the presentation of the Final of the Nations Cup U21!

Q : The basis of the Cup U21 is the concept of Manager U21. Do you think the criteria are well defined? If not, can you tell us what should be instead?
A : It seems to me that it is well defined, I would not change anything at the moment.Q : In the 1st edition of the Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the line-up of the National Teams, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 coach other than U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
A : It is a bit confusing since I did not understand that rule very well, since if they can allow someone who has more than 700 games, they can include someone who has less than 150 games, for example, a coach who is just starting in the competitive and I am already showing an excellent level and I cannot participate, it lowers it a bit hahaha is my humble opinion, but of course at least experience is needed for these types of tournaments between teams.Q : What is your opinion on the competition rules? What can be improved?
A : The only thing I did not like was that a coach who is not from the U21 was allowed, since it does not leave all countries on an equal footing, since not all of us have enough coaches, for example, with no intention of offending anyone A coach who is not from the U21 of Peru is not the same as a coach who is not from the U21 From Portugal, in Peru there are not many coaches, on the other hand in Portugal there are in quantity, it is a clear disadvantage to allow at least one player who is not from the U21 and much less that powers such as Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, France or Spain are allowed this type of rule, it benefits them too much but hey, it's my humble opinion .Q : After 2 qualifying rounds, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
A : I like the format too much, I fell in love with this format, I think it should remain as it is very attractive, the position bonuses are also excellent, I would not change the tournament format at all.Q : With guaranteed qualification for the final, what is your next goal?
A : Of course to champion, perhaps Peru is not one of the great favorites, we come from a tournament where we were runners-up and with a lot of desire to Champion in the Nations Cup, we have a lot of chocolate to be able to fight for the championship.Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of coaches at the national team level? Why?
A : Yes, the format guarantees the participation of many coaches but that already depends on the U21 coach.Thank you Jose for this fantastic interview. It is very important to hear your opinion and that of other National coaches, so that we have a sense of the work that has been done well, but fundamentally which aspects of the competition can still be improved. Good Luck Peru!
And now enjoy the Nations Cup U21 hymn!

So, it's up to these National Teams to prove their worth in the NC Arena! Let the games begin!
Our guest, today, in
Blog of the Nations
is @Paniyath , National Team Coach of India U21 !Q : The basis of Nations Cup U21 is the concept of U21 Manager. Do you think the criteria is well defined? If not, can you tell us what it should be instead?
It has been well defined for this edition however, I think in the next edition some improvements can be made. I agree with having a minimum amount of games to be eligible and 150 seems fine but I think the maximum limit of 700 games is too less and would prefer not having such limit.Q : In the 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the National teams lineup, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 manager who is not U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
Yes, in this edition, it was useful to have 1 non U21 manager in the lineup as there were some managers who exceeded the number of games in their slots and they would be provided a chance to play as a non U21 manager this way and it is always good to have one experienced manager to help out the new managers in the team.Q : What is your opinion about the competition rules? What can be improved?
The rules were fine, I would like to see immediate sales allowed next time.Q : After 2 rounds of qualifying, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
The format was more unpredictable this time and how tight our group was, we couldn’t relax even for one round.
Maybe you can consider having 5 managers next time and have it in a 10 team league in this format to make the rounds bit longer and also gives more new managers a chance to test themselves out.Q : Your National team didn't make it to the Final. What failed? What are your plans for the future?
It was a group of small margins and it lived up to the tag of being the “group of death”. We were unfortunate to not qualify because of our point difference despite finishing on 6 points. Every battle was tough and went to the final day. It was exciting in that sense and unpredictable and credit goes to our tough opponents like Italy, Brazil and Iran.
As for our team, they were all new managers who were experiencing this incredible high level of competition for the first time so I was proud of them that they took every battle to the last day and won 2 of them. That first round defeat to Brazil by only 8 points proved decisive in the group as we were only one result away from qualifying so there’s plenty of positives our young team can take from this experience.Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of managers at the level of National teams? Why?
Definitely. That was the aim for us in this tournament. We needed to introduce some of our new managers to a high level competition like U21 Nations Cup, which they aren’t used to and learn from it. And it was great to see not only the potential and positives from our young Indian team but also some really good managers from other nations. This competition was a success and a must have for every national team to introduce new managers into the biggest stage.Thank you @Paniyath ! Unfortunately India U21 won't have the chance to win this 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, like the "grown ups" did in Nations Cup! But we're sure we can count with you in the next editions! Best of luck to India! Go Tigers!

Look who he is! After a short vacation in the Mediterranean, he's back, tanned and refreshed! A big and warm applause to Beats Bytes, the OSM Legend!
Hey, hey, hey! What's up my beloved fans?! Missed me? I believe you did, as much as I've missed you! The Nations Cup U21 Final is already warming up! What a thrill to see all those Community League Squads constantly improving! The time to choose well is now! Let's go!!!
Today I'll start the analysis of the 12 National Teams that will be present in the Final!
So, my first pick will be Morocco U21 !
This National Team ended 2nd in Group B, with 2 wins and 1 defeat, scoring 6 points.
In the 1st Round of the Qualifying Phase, they've won the battle agains Indonesia U21 (761-696), in a quite balanced clash. The Morocco U21 MVP of this round was @ayratbi , who, with a G1 team, ended 2nd in League 3AB (8w, 2d, 4l, 26 points), scoring 266 points for the National Team score (35% of the total). This manager also accomplished the best squad evolution in Morocco U21 Team in this round, with 301 M evolution.
The only defeat they had in the Qualifying Phase was against Poland U21, in the 2nd round (839-920), in another balanced battle. In this round, the Morocco U21 player that performed better was @oussaada-hicham , after ending 2nd in League 3AB (7w, 5d, 2l, 26 points), with a G3 team, scoring 317 points (38% of the Team total).
Finally, in Round 3, Morocco U21 was able to conquer a place in the Final, after winning clearly the battle against Venezuela U21 (625-320). @ayratbi was, once again, the MVP of the lineup, ending 1st with a G1 team in League 2AB (8w, 6d, 0l, 30 points), scoring 396 points (62% os the Team total), being, therefor, decisive for Morocco U21 win in the battle, and in the qualification for the Final!
Now, for the FINAL, the Morocco U21 line up will be:
G1 @Otman-zaabali
G4 @Zakaria-el11
G7 @AYMANEABE
G10 @oussaada-hichamThis lineup mixes experience with fresh blood, so probably we'll have Morocco U21 running in the outer lanes, luring for a surprise. Let's wait and see!
Good luck mates!
Beats is Out! Tomorrow I'll be back with another Finalist National Team analysis! See ya!
Today we're pleased to host, here in
Blog of the Nations
, @daniel-armfield , National Team Coach of Colombia !Q : The basis of Nations Cup U21 is the concept of U21 Manager. Do you think the criteria is well defined? If not, can you tell us what it should be instead?
Yes, I think it is ideal for a u21 competition.Q : In the 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the National teams lineup, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 manager who is not U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
I do not agree and this is related to the previous question. I think that if it is a u21 competition, it should be solely and exclusively for managers who meet the aforementioned requirements.Q : What is your opinion about the competition rules? What can be improved?
The rules are very good, they make this a fairer and more equitable competition, as I mentioned before I do not agree that a coach other than u21 should play, it is my only exception, I think it should be delete for the next edition.Q : After 2 rounds of qualifying, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
The format is very entertaining, in each of the rounds there was a spectacular level.Q : Your National team didn't make it to the Final. What failed? What are your plans for the future?
Honestly the rules of the competition took us by surprise. 90% of our managers did not meet the requirements, therefore we had to improvise with new managers and / or who did not have much idea of competitiveness. As a clarification, the regulations are very well planned, we as a national team will be better prepared for the next edition.Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of managers at the level of National teams? Why?
Yes, it met expectations and as proof of that is my selection. The regulation forced me to see new managers who perhaps had not been taken into account before. Nations Cup U21 opened the door to those new managers who had the illusion of representing their country in a World Cup.Thank you very much for the interview, I wish the finalists success.
Thank you Daniel! We're looking forward to host Colombia again in Nations Cup next editions! Best of luck for your National Team upcoming challenges!

Hello my friends,
"Success is not about the money you earn. It has to do with the difference you make in people's lives." - Michelle Obama
Today took place the 4th round of the Grand Final of the Nations Cup U21. Did Poland manage to maintain the lead? And will Peru be able to leave the last place? Enough of the suspense and let's see what happened!
Standing Table - Round 4
Poland remains firm in 1st place with 207 points, although it has seen the advantage over 2nd ranked, Egypt, reduced to 71 points. Egypt continues to occupy the 2nd place with 136 points, despite having lost an advantage of 8 to 4 points, in relation to the 3rd placed. In 3rd place we have Italy with 132 points, which climbed 2 places closing the podium. In 4th place is Spain with 77 points that dropped 1 place, followed by Brazil with the same 77 points, which performed one of the biggest climbs, from 9th to 5th place. The 6th place is occupied by U.A.E. with 75 points, which climbed 1 position, followed by Hungary with 74 points, in 7th place, which climbed 1 position also. In 8th place is Morocco with 43 points, which dropped 2 positions, followed by Portugal with 36 points, which had the biggest fall, from 4th to 9th place. Australia is in 10th place with 8 points, which stayed in the same position, in 11th place is Peru with -32 points, which switched position with Azerbaijan that is the 12th and last National team in the leaderboard with -70 points.
After 4 rounds, we've already had some twists in the standings, and we'll probably see some more in the next few days. Undoubtedly, the "Transfer Madness" event had an influence on the competition in these last 3 days, with the value of the squads skyrocketing! Let's see how the National teams react after the event ends! One thing is for sure, whoever failed to take advantage of the event can no longer recover that time! The dice are cast!Penalties Table

Q : The basis of Nations Cup U21 is the concept of U21 Manager. Do you think the criteria is well defined? If not, can you tell us what it should be instead?
A : The basis of Nations Cup U21 is well defined. Because this event is a competition for young managers who have abilities that can be developed in the future.Q : In the 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the National teams lineup, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 manager who is not U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
A : Yes I agree, in the qualifying phase there is a different "colour" in the national team lineup with 1 manager who is not U21, this condition will make the competition more competitive.Q : What is your opinion about the competition rules? What can be improved?
A : It's good enough. However, maybe need to review the criteria that can be categorized as U21, especially on the manager's experience variable.Q : After 2 rounds of qualifying, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
A : The quality and format so far is good.Q : Your National team didn't make it to the Final. What failed? What are your plans for the future?
A : Our Nations Team U21 still new and there is not enough experiences at the international level, I think this is very natural. However, we can learn a lot from here. Next we will maximize the quality of our Nations Team U21 by giving them many opportunities to learn tactics and improve their squad, sharing experiences with other senior managers, etc.Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of managers at the level of National teams? Why?
A : We can use this competition as a place to find and mature "new seeds" of managers in our national team, so at the senior level it will be better.Thank you Amirzan for this interesting interview. Unfortunately Indonesia did not manage to qualify for the Final of the Nations Cup U21, but we hope they will participate in the Nations Cup 2022! Most Valuable Player
Award@Daxidoo (Poland U21 ) keeps strong in the 1st place of this ranking, scoring a total of 108 points after 6 played fixtures! A decisive contribution to the brilliant performance of the Polish Team! Bravo!
Goal Frenzy
Award@John-Adams_2 (Poland U21 ), with 13 scored goals, has jumped to the 1st place! And it goes 2 for the Polish!
The Wall
Award@otman-zaabali (Morocco U21 ) is now isolated in this ranking, with 1 conceded goal! After 6 played matches, its a quite impressive achievement, specially in a Final!
Extreme Evolution
Award@Alfonso75 (Spain U21 ) is still in the top, now with 430M of Squad Evolution ! But there are a handful of managers quite close, so this will be an impressive clash until the end!
Well, I've counted 2 Polish managers in the top of the Individual Awards Rankings! Well done! No wonder they're in the lead of this Nations Cup U21 Final!
Beats is done for today! See you tomorrow mates! Cheers!
In today's edition of
Blog of the Nations
, we bring an Interview we've made with @Ronaldo-Ouazize, National Team Coach of Morocco U21 !Q: The basis of Nations Cup U21 is the concept of U21 Manager. Do you think the criteria is well defined? If not, can you tell us what it should be instead?
Salam. Regarding the standards for this version, I did not like it, and I think the majority agree with me, why? Because in the upcoming versions, whoever had in the previous version under 700 matches may be in the next version no longer compliant with the conditions, so the criteria must be changed to standards that do not depend on time.Q: In the 1st edition of Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the National teams lineup, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 manager who is not U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
Including one manager who is not U21 is great and adds a bit of strength and balance to the squad.Q: What is your opinion about the competition rules? What can be improved?
There is one thing that annoyed me in the second round, which is a team that did not change the manager at the time of creation, which is the thing that I may not be aware that a change was made, it must be after the day of creation, there can be no change in the squad.Q: After 2 rounds of qualifying, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
It would be good if there was less than a week's rest between each round.Q: With final warranty qualification, what is your next goal?
I'm not sure about qualifying, but anyway, the goal is to win the championship and nothing else.Q: Do you think this competition has fulfilled its main objective, launching new generations of managers at National Team level? Why?
Yes, and we are thankful for the implementation of this tournament. I suggested it before I became a moderator 3 years ago, I think. The tournament made us start creating another team that learns the experience from these tournaments, and they will be ready in the future with enough experience to provide the best for the main team.Thank you! Best of luck to Morocco U21 in the Nations Cup U21 Final!
We're done for today! Hope you're enjoying this Final as much as we do! Please feel free to post your insights on how your National Teams are performing so far, or about which ones are surprising you! This is a Topic to talk about National Teams! Cheers!

Please welcome @Alfonso75 , winner of the Goal Frenzy Award, with an impressive score of 32 scored goals for Spain U21 in Round 2!Q: You were called to participate in this competition, and you won an individual award. Do you think you'll be called the main National team? Why?
It is something that corresponds to the Spanish Coach, I am doing the best I can and it is obvious that I would be proud to be selected for the Senior Selection.Q: What is your opinion of game improvements, such as player position or nationality bonus?
All the details are important, all Sum. But don't be obsessed with having EVERYTHING.Q: GB recently launched an event, which they called "Mission : The North Macedonia star". How do you see these new events?
Personally, it has not caught my attention.Q: If it were possible to have an Academy, where you could promote players to the first team, throughout the season, do you think it would be a good improvement for the game? Why?
It is an interesting idea, but I cannot comment, I lack information to know how it will be managed from within the game.Thank you Alfonso! What a great performance you're doing in the Final so far, being the Leader of the Extreme Evolution Award Ranking for the Final after 7 played rounds! Keep it up mate! Forza La Roja

Hello my friends,
"We live in a world where we hide to make love, while violence is practiced in broad daylight." - John Lennon
Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the 84th edition of Blog of the Nations!
After 8 games played, in the Final of the Nations Cup U21, let's see how the leaderboard looks like.
Standing Table - Round 8
The ranking has changed little since the last round. Poland continues to stand out in 1st place with 393 points! Egypt follows with 305 points in the chase! And closing the podium, we have Italy with 180 points. So the only change was the approach of Egypt that managed to reduce the gap a little for Poland, and at the same time managed to increase the advantage for Italy. Brazil managed to reach 4th place, rising 4 positions, with 143 points. Spain dropped one place, and are now 5th with 139 points. Hungary continues in 6th with 115 points. The U.A.E. they dropped 2 positions and are in 7th place with 103 points. In 8th place is Morocco that dropped 1 place with 72 points. Australia reached the 9th place, climbing 1 position and reaching positive points for the 1st time, with 40 points. At the bottom of the table, we have Portugal in 10th place with 33 points after dropping 1 position. In 11th place is Peru with 4 points that rose 1 position. And in last place, is Azerbaijan, who dropped 1 place with -49 points. There are still many rounds to go, but 2 National teams continue to stand out, round after round, having already surpassed the 300 point barrier! Will we have a dispute between Poland and Egypt until the end of this Final?! Place your bets!

I hope some day you'll join us And the world will be as one". Amazing how this song by the great John Lennon still moves me and inspires me! How are you guys? Beats Bytes is back to bring you the latest performances of the "young" stars of the Nations Cup U21.
Let´s take a look!Most Valuable Player Award
@Daxidoo from Poland U21 kept the leadership, with 122 points scored for his National team! He is a force of the Nature!Goal Frenzy Award
@john-adams_2 from Poland U21 is still in the lead, with 14 scored goals! Incredible! The Wall Award
@Bovenzi-Christian from Italy U21 is the new leader, with 2 conceded goals! FUNtastic! 🤩Extreme Evolution Award
@Alfonso75 from Spain U21 kept the leadership, with 481M of squad evolution! The touch of Midas! This guys keep pushing the boundaries of performance to a level unthinkable for such "unexperienced" managers! They´ll establish new records and probably will beat some of the performances of the qualification phase.
I´ll be back tomorrow, with another report in Nation of the Day, until then keep playing the beautiful game!
Tschüss!Tonight on Blog of the Nations, we continue the cycle of interviews with the winners of the individual awards in the qualifying round, and our guest today, won The Wall award with just 3 goals conceded and 0 losses! Give a warm welcome to @ayratbi
Q: You were called to participate in this competition, and you won an individual award. Do you think you'll be called the main National team? Why?
A : Certainly a such award will attract captains who are responsible to recruit managers to the main national team. As a reason, selectors look always for managers who perform well in the big competitions disputed in the game.Q: What is your opinion of game improvements, such as player position or nationality bonus?
A : Concerning player position, I think it was a great step by the admins to make the game more real and push managers to put each player in his suitable position. Talking about nationality bonus, I see that it's a logic insertion into the game because as we know players from the same nation will certainly speak the same language and know each other, so the performance would be better.Q: GB recently launched an event, which they called "Mission : The North Macedonia star". How do you see these new events?
A : First time the event was launched, I didn't understand what it is about, but when I searched in the forum, I got the idea and frankly, it's not an event which will seduce managers because it doesn't have a real value, just spending boss coins.Q: If it were possible to have an Academy, where you could promote players to the first team, throughout the season, do you think it would be a good improvement for the game? Why?
A : Yes, I see that it would be a good improvement for the game possessing an Academy specially in the middle of the season, because sometimes you need to refresh your team's blood. So, it's recommended to bring young players from your team's Academy.Thank you @ayratbi for this great interview! It is very important to understand what the managers want from the game, where the gameplay can be improved or even create alternatives that keep the interest and enthusiasm of the community. By choice of the National coach, you are not playing in the Final of the Nations Cup U21, but you have already made a very important contribution that helped the team to reach this stage of the competition. Good luck to you and Morocco! حظا سعيدا يا المغرب
As the competition calendar goes by, the excitement will increase to see who will be the 1st Champion of the Nations Cup U21! We'll be back tomorrow with more news and updates, don't miss it!

Hello my friends,
"It is not knowledge, but the act of learning, not possession but the act of getting there, that gives the greatest satisfaction." - Carl Friedrich Gauss
The Final of the Nations Cup U21, reached the 9th round and we are getting closer to knowing who will be the 1st champion of the competition!
Let´s see how is the Leaderboard.Standing Table - Round 9
In 1st place Poland continues to earn points from its pursuers, now having 408 points! In 2nd place is Egypt with 274 points and farthest from 1st place. Closing the podium, we have Italy with 232 points which is now just 42 points from 2nd place!
Spain climbed to 4th place (220 points) trading with Brazil which is now 5th (150 points) and being only 12 points from 3rd place! Hungary remained in 6th place with 127 points. In 7th place the U.A.E. maintained the position with 92 points. Morocco held 8th place with 84 points. Portugal rose 1 position and is in 9th with 67 points.
At the bottom of the table, Peru appears in 10th place with 57 points after moving up 1 position. In 11th place is Australia that dropped 2 positions with 25 points. Closing the ranking is Azerbaijan with -51 points.
After this journey, apparently the big dispute will be between 3 or 4 National teams to be on the podium behind Poland! Because the Poles are "devilish" and continue at an overwhelming pace of conquering points that no one can keep up with! However, anything can happen in a Final, and the scoring system is prone to big swings. As an old footballer used to say: "I only predict at the end of the game!"You can keep track on the Leagues of this Nations Cup U21 Final following the links bellow :

"Welcome OSM fans! Live from NC Arena, i present our host in another Nation of the Day report, please welcome Beats Bytes!". Thank you Alan and thank you all! It´s a pleasure to be here, and to bring to you, a fresh report about another National team, that is performing at high level in this Final, And today we will analyse Egypt and decode the display of the "Pharaohs"!
Nation of the Day -
Egypt
Egypt reached the Final of the Nations Cup U21 after finishing 2nd in Group C, behind the U.A.E. in a somewhat turbulent qualifying where they were in 1st place and on entry to the 3rd round they could have missed qualifying. But in the Final they have had a high level performance, keeping the pursuit of Poland practically since the 1st round.
For this very positive result, manager V هتلر V has had the main contribution, being clearly the MVP of this lineup. It currently occupies the 1st place in League 3F with 22 points, which results in the achievement of 104 points for its National team, representing 38% of the total points.
The 3bd elr7mn manager who has already won 61 points for Egypt, which corresponds to 22% of the total points earned, is 5th in the League 2F with 12 points, although he is in a delicate situation with several managers with very close scores. far from 1st place.
zezo_treakaa has so far scored 57 points for its National team, representing 21% of the total points earned. It is 5th in the League 4F with 15 points, just 3 points off the 1st place, although it is below its goal which is G4.
Lastly, we have the manager HAMO COACH OSM who has already snatched 52 points for Egypt, which represents 19% of the total. It is 4th in League 1F with 13 points just 3 points from 1st place, above its goal which is G7.
So we have a very balanced lineup, despite the highlight of manager V هتلر V, which looks for solidity and coherence in the performance of this National team. The evolution of the squads is also very consistent, varying between the 307M and the 386M, which denotes a care taken to be competitive. They had a break in this round, and saw some opponents approaching, which puts some extra pressure on seeing 1st place further away as well. They have an average position per objective of 3.8 and a total of 64 League points earned, with a total of 1350M squad evolution! These are very significant numbers that keep Egypt on track to the goal of winning the Nations Cup U21.Never say never! This seems to be the motto of Egypt, which appeared in this Final as an outsider and has surprised everyone and everything!
I´ll be back tomorrow, to catch up the development of the race between the best managers to win the individual awards!
Beats is...out! See ya!On the 85th edition of Blog of the Nations, we opened a new cycle of interviews, with the winners of the leagues in round 3 of the qualifying phase. Our guest tonight, won the League 1EF with 29 points, please give a warm welcome to @A-S-P-E-C-T
Q : You were called to participate in this competition, as an U21 manager, and you won a league in round 3. Do you expect to be called to the main National team? Why?
A : Time will tell , I might be captain but it's a team game and we earn our place so my performance will determine my future.Q : What is your opinion of recent OSM game improvements, such as player position or nationality bonus?
A : Never payed attention to them much, don't believe in NAT bonus either.GB recently launched an event, which they called "Mission : The North Macedonia star". How do you see these new events?
A : Never played it so can't tell probably I'll try missions in future but atm my hands are tied.Q : If it were possible to have an Academy, where you could promote players to the first team, throughout a OSM season, do you think it would be a good improvement for the game? Why?
A : I suppose but we'd have to see it to believe it.Thank you Eugene for this pragmatic interview! The game continues to evolve, and who better than players/coaches to appreciate this evolution and help develop good ideas to improve gameplay. Your opinion counts and it matters! Good luck to you and Australia!
The race continues, and even though we have an outstanding leader, it doesn't mean that the race is over! We'll be back tomorrow with the enthusiasm you deserve! Keep following this fantastic Final!! Participate and support your National teams! Spontaneously share your ideas and opinions in this space that is yours!

Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the 86th edition of Blog of the Nations!
Let´s look at the Leaderboard after the 10th round :
Standing Table - Round 10
At the top of the rankings there were no changes. Poland continues in 1st place with 483 points, followed by Egypt in 2nd with 304 points, and closing the places of honor, we have Italy in 3rd with 249 points.
Spain kept the 4th place with 248 points, just 1 point from the 3rd place. Hungary climbed to 5th place with 211 points, in exchange for Brazil which dropped to 6th with 123 points.
In 7th place continues the U.A.E. with 110 points, followed by Portugal, which rose to 8th place with 96 points, which switched positions with Morocco, which dropped to 9th place with 62 points.
At the bottom of the table, everything was the same, Peru in 10th with 51 points, followed by Australia in 11th with 16 points, and lastly Azerbaijan with -64 points.
Unbelievable! At the 10th journey, Poland is on the verge of 500 points!! There are few adjectives to qualify the performance of this National team! Despite everything, Egypt continues to struggle to get closer to 1st place. And the fight for 3rd place is in full swing with just 1 point separating Italy from Spain! Q : The foundation of the Nations Cup U21 is the concept of Manager U21. Do you think the criteria are well defined? If not, can you tell us what should be instead?
A : I think it should be less strict and broaden the bar even more because the national teams have very few managers who meet these conditions and practically always have to be limited to them, it could be or expand the number of games or even managers who have not debuted with the absolute.Q : In the 1st edition of the Nations Cup U21, it is allowed to include in the line-up of the National Teams, for the Qualifying Phase, 1 coach other than U21. Do you agree with this idea? Why?
A : YES, but they should be managers who have not debuted with the absolute.Q : What is your opinion on the competition rules? What can be improved?
A : I personally like them a lot, I think that in terms of rules little can be improved.Q : After 2 qualifying rounds, what is your opinion on the quality and format of the Tournament?
A : I would have made a preliminary phase on national teams because I think they have remained a very important selection outside and there are other teams that have not measured up or have not been respectful of the tournament ... so I think that a preliminary phase should be done before that type of selections, otherwise the truth is that I like the format even better than that of the absolute.Q : With guaranteed qualification for the final, what is your next goal?
A : Enjoy it and of course fight to win it.Q : Do you think this competition fulfilled its main objective, to launch new generations of coaches at the national team level? Why?
A : Yes, although as I said I would extend the deadline even more to launch even more those managers who already have more experience but who have not yet debuted with the absolute.Thank you Javi for this interesting interview! It is very important for us, as the organization of a tournament of this importance and dimension, that National coaches help us to understand what can be improved or corrected, in order to provide the best possible competition for everyone. And your opinion about the U21 manager criteria is very interesting, and certainly that at the end of the competition, it will be a debated idea that could be implemented in the 2nd edition of the Nations Cup U21. Good luck Spain! Buena suerte España

We're pleased to share with you an Interview with @Łowkiet-Łukasz (Poland U21 ) winner of the League 4AB in Round 3 of the Qualifying Phase!
Q : You were called to participate in this competition, as an U21 manager, and you won a league in round 3. Do you expect to be called to the main National team? Why?
I am not counting on being called up to the senior national team. There are many talented and experienced players in the Polish managerial arena who deserve such a call-up.Q : What is your opinion of game improvements, such as player position or nationality bonus?
All the additions are an interesting diversification, and if they involve additional bonuses, why not take advantage of them. I try to build my squad to take advantage of these bonuses, which is a challenge for me as a manager, but the game is just as interesting without them.Q : GB recently launched an event, which they called "Mission : The North Macedonia star". How do you see these new events?
I find the idea of a mission interesting, but not with the kind of quest that has been proposed, as it prefers managers using boss coins. For those who play in tournaments, where there is no possibility to use them, a mission in this form is meaningless. It would be worthwhile for GB to consider other tasks, which would show the tactical values of the managers, such as no cards, clean sheets, or a specific number of goals scored during the mission.Q : If it were possible to have an Academy, where you could promote players to the first team, throughout the season, do you think it would be a good improvement for the game? Why?
I do not think this is a good idea. Scouting is currently sufficient, so that you can find young footballers and improve their skills during the season. An additional academy would, in my opinion, be an unnecessary complication of the OSM competition.Thank you Łukasz! Congratulations, once again for your excellent performance in the Qualifying Round for Poland U21, and best of luck to the Final! So far, you and your team mates are smashing!
It's all for today! Come back tomorrow for more news on this amazing Nations Cup U21 Final! See ya!

Polska nie zwalnia, ale Włochy włączyły dopalacze i ich menadżerowie wyprzedzili Egipt, których cień widzieli za sobą Polacy.

Hello my friends,
"You laugh at me for being different, and I laugh at you for being all the same." - Bob Marley
Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the 90th edition of Blog of the Nations!
Today ended the 14th round and there are only 8 left to know who will be the 1st champion of the Nations Cup U21!
Let´s take a look at the Standing Table!Standing Table - Round 14
The podium has not changed and so Poland remains in 1st place (605 points), followed by Italy (412 points) and Egypt (331 points).
It is followed by Hungary in 4th place (319 points), Brazil in 5th place (287 points) and Spain in 6th place (211 points).
In the lower half of the table, there were no changes either, Portugal remains in 7th place (168 points), followed by the U.A.E. in 8th place (136 points), and Peru in 9th place (93 points).
Morocco is in 10th place (67 points), followed by Australia in 11th place (35 points) and Azerbaijan in 12th place (-1 point).
With 8 rounds to finish this Final, Poland doesn't break or slow down! It has already surpassed the 600 points threshold!! Despite the Italian replica that seeks to reduce the gap, there is still a gap of almost 200 points between them! Egypt are looking to hold the last podium position, but they have to be careful as Hungary threatens to "steal" that position, being only 12 points away! Apparently the Polish warriors don't have strong enough opposition to avoid winning the title! Or will we still have an unexpected twist until the end?You can keep track on the Leagues of this Nations Cup U21 Final following the links bellow :

Cheerio! Our guest tonight, won the League 1CD in round 3 of the qualifying phase, representing France please give a warm welcome to @Din0z0r
Q : You were called to participate in this competition, as an U21 manager, and you won a league in round 3. Do you expect to be called to the main National team? Why?
A : Hello!
Yes, I was very proud to participate in this competition where I finished first of my league but this is a team game, and I'll remember the good performance of the team that didn't let go despite the third place.
For the main team, I hope so! I was just invited to a league to select new players and I hope to join
And yes, playing at the highest and especially representing your country is the ultimate goalQ : What is your opinion of game improvements, such as player position or nationality bonus?
A : For the positions and the nationality bonus, I am completely in favor! I like this update, for positions it gives me more info to put certain tactics in place. The nationality bonus adds an extra something to recruitment, and I believe that in that way, we get closer to reality.Q : GB recently launched an event, which they called "Mission : The North Macedonia star". How do you see these new events?
A : Personally, this type of event doesn't interest me and I don't have a strong opinion.Q : If it were possible to have an Academy, where you could promote players to the first team, throughout the season, do you think it would be a good improvement for the game? Why?
A : I don't really know, because I think there are already a lot of francophone competitions, and the national team managers can scout for the best players, like in realityThank you Kais for this great interview! You had an excellent competition in round 3 and we hope that you will be able to represent the National team in the next competitions. We wish you and France good luck and hope to have you both in the Nations Cup 2022! Allez les Bleus!
