Can anyone explain to me how transfers work and which types of players require boss coins to buy and which ones i can buy using the normal currency?

Transfers:-
you go transfer list (It's over the league table)

Go to the transfer section

click on the player you want to buy

click on ''buy the player''

Choose how you buy it (It's better with the video one)
All the players require 1 boss coin (or a video), Legends costs more (5 tokens or more i don't rmember)

I wonder if there's a possibility to hire players? and secondly players on the transferlist, can you negotiate about the price?

@peter-slot only the ones from clubs of your league, but you need to go to the league table, click on the clubs where the player is and click on the player and do an offer.

You actually have to buy player from the transfer list using
boss coins + currency , if dont want to buy players using boss coins , you can negotiate for a player in another team in your league there are no boss coins required
