Transfer list players not changing

I suggest that players on the transfer list shall be changing regularly.
In my leagues, only about 5-7 players out of 45+ have changed on the transfer list in one to two weeks.Also, I really need a RB to improve my squad, since it says 'players performing in their own positions will perform better', but only 1-2 of the defenders have changed and all of them are CB's.

From my experience If you are not in an active league where players regurarly are being bought, transfer list refreshes very slowly and when the players value drops to the lowest value he is just put back in higher price on list.

But from what I have seen lately also, 95% of the players that are coming to my transfer lists in better leagues are over 26 years. As If there is some logarithm that makes younger players harder to appear on list so that we will be forced to scout them

Same problem here in less active leagues, the same players are put back on the transfer list for a higher when they reach the bottom price. Mostly these are In Form players that I don't want to buy because of the 5 coins price. I hope GB improves this so that different players appear on the transfer list after a player reached the bottom price.
