How to choose a good team?

Hi!
My question is, when a start a new league, ( and not creating one, too much boss coins ) is there any way to get the team i really want? Like whenever i try its always already taken.
What is more, i have 2 friends, and ofc we all wanna get good teams. Its like a nightmare to get good teams for all of us. For example, in Italian League, i'd like to get Milan, and the others Juve or Inter or like Atalanta. Something like that.
Is there a way we can achieve that without paying real money? If no, and i start my own league, is there a way we all really get the teams we want, and then make it public? I heard here that someone made their league private and other random players could still join.

@sidubutt if you will go to web browser version of game you can check all league which are in pre season and how much player are in (in application you can choose team but cannot check all leagues). Maybe some of them will be just created and you will be able to choose team which you like.
If you create league after it will be done send invitation to your friend and if they accept directly teams should be available but it need to be done fast. -
