More joint Leagues

I like the idea of OSM joining teams from different countries to make a league such as the Balkan League & the Low Countries League.
For instance, we could have an Iberian League from Spain & Portugal, a Scandinavian League with teams from Norway, Sweden & Denmark, a Bohemian League with teams from Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic & Slovakia & a Black Sea League with teams from Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Georgia & Turkey. -

Would be awesome If we would have one tournament with all teams same starting value. Would be good for competitions as everyone would have equal chances.
