After 3 intense days of preparation, the much-desired Final finally began, which will define who will be the 2022 World Champion!
Let's go without further ado to see who were the National teams that best prepared themselves for this start in a 30-day marathon!
WNC FINAL - LEADERBOARD - R1
In a balanced journey, in which the draws were more than the wins/losses, Peru had a very positive start with 3 wins out of 4 possible and took the leadership of the Leaderboard.
But note that Iran and Argentina also started well and are only 90 and 92 points away from 1st place respectively! However, it is still too early to draw any conclusions, as this is a proof of regularity and there will certainly be many changes in the classification throughout this Final!

The road is still long but there are some nations who want to make clear which are their plans. Peru
keeps leading with 182 points, loosing 64 points in last day; Poland 
gains 6 positions in last round getting the 2nd place with 157 points while 3rd place today is for Iran with 154 points.

The great battle for the National Teams world title continues, after playing the 4th round let's see how the Leaderboard was ordered!
WNC FINAL - LEADERBOARD - R4
At the top of the standings there were few changes, Peru continues to lead but now with a margin of just 17 points for the 2nd place which is now occupied by Iran which overtook Poland and has a 51 point advantage over the 3rd place.
With the Golden Legends event going on and the Cruyff Foundation charity event we'll see who gets the most out of it and what impact it will have on the Leaderboard!

We arrived at journey 5 where we have already started to see a leaderboard structure, from here on there will be a greater effort to climb the top-3 positions, we will see how the national teams react after this journey.

At the top of the rankings there were no changes, Peru continues to lead now with a 76 point advantage over the 2nd ranked Argentina which in turn has a 47 point advantage over the 3rd ranked which is Iran. Poland managed to get a little closer to the podium being just 9 points away from 3rd place.

Another update has just come out of the oven.
Today will be about round 8 where we have moves in the classification.
Let's see how our finalist national teams progress.
WNC FINAL - LEADERBOARD – R8
For the 8th round in a row, Peru
occupies the 1st position with 369 points. The main change compared to yesterday is Russia which today occupies the 2nd position with 268 points, that is, an increase of 3 positions. To close the podium we have Iran with 266 points.Now in 4th position is Argentina
with 247 points, having dropped 2 positions compared to yesterday. In 5th place we have the national team of Serbia 
with 179 points and that climbed 1 place in this round. In 6th position we have France 
with 165 points and had a rise of 2 places. Right behind France, we have Spain 
, which kept the 7th place in the leaderboard with 138 points. The biggest drop in the ranking belongs to Poland who dropped 4 positions, thus occupying 8th place with 124 points.Now to talk a little about the lower half of the leaderboard, we have Italy
in 9th place with 122 points, followed by Costa Rica with 109 points, having climbed 1 place, after Venezuela comes in 11th place with 89 points it also climbed 1 place. Now we reach the 12th place that had a drop of 2 places, being the national team of Indonesia 
with 80 points, followed by Croatia 
with 44 points and in 14th place we have **Algeria ** with 36 points, the national team of Morocco with -7 points is in 15th place and finally the last classified in the tournament so far is Egypt 
with -25 points .We are getting closer and closer to the end of the first third of the WNC final, we will see the reaction of the national teams until the end of the competition.

Today the R9 was played, that is, 30% of the World Nations Cup Final has already been played.
WNC FINAL - LEADERBOARD – R9
There were changes in the classification of 10 national teams but on the podium for a small detail there was no change in the classification, that is, we have Peru
in 1st place with 341 points followed by Russia in 2nd place and by Iran in 3rd place both with 272 points the difference in position is due to the goal difference.In 4th place we have Argentina
with 249 points also maintained its position. In 5th place we have France with 245 points climbing 1 place in the leaderboard. In a similar situation we have the 6th place that is Spain with 208 points that went up 1 place in the league table. Poland with 165 points also climbed 1 place, taking 7th place. For all these climbs we all had a big drop of 3 positions in the ranking that was from Serbia which is in 8th place with 163 points.In 9th place is Costa Rica
with 141 points which surpassed Italy which is in 10th place with 103 points. Venezuela kept the 11th position with 100 points. Croatia with 75 points is in 12th place, climbing 1 place in the leaderboard, Indonesia , which dropped 1 place, is in 13th place with 64 points. Algeria with 50 points is in 14th position. In the last places there was a change of positions in relation to the last update with Egypt with 27 points the 15th place and in 16th we have Morocco with -19 points.Penalty Table

We've been having a lot of emotions in these last days of competition and on this stage we reached round 10 with a big part of the way done, let's see how the classification is.
Peru
is in 1st place with 432 points is definitely having a great season. In 2nd place we have Argentina with 327 points having climbed 2 places in the standings and in 3rd place we have again Iran with 307 points.Now in 4th place with a fall of 2 places we have Russia
with 277 points, in 5th place we have Poland with 231 points that went up 2 positions, in 6th place we have France with 216 points followed by Spain which occupies the 7th place with 169 points these last 2 national teams dropped 1 position in the ranking. In 8th place we have Costa Rica 'with 162 points, it's worth noting that Costa Rica has been constantly climbing positions in the rankings.Let's now go to the 9th place which is Italy
with 141 points who dropped 1 position, followed by Serbia in 10th place with the same 141 points, but with a worse goal difference than Italy's and thus Serbia dropped 2 places in the ranking. In 11th place we have again Venezuela with 101 points having won only 1 point in this last round. In 12th place we have Croatia with 61 points, the same as Algeria which is in 13th place, but the difference is again the goals. In 14th place we have the national team of Indonesia with 52 points that dropped 1 place in the ranking, in 15th position we have Egypt with 23 points and finally we have Morocco in 16th position with 14 points.Penalty Table

We've reached round 11 and the competition is insane. We still have a lot of uncertainty in the result that will dictate who is the world champion.
Once again we have Peru
taking 1st place with 435 points. In 2nd place we have the national team of Iran with 340 points. In 3rd place we have Russia with the same 323 points as 4th place Poland , with goal difference being the difference between 3rd and 4th place.
Today there were 11 national teams that changed their position in the leaderboard, which proves again the great level at which these national teams are, keeping the emotion until the last round to find out who will succeed India as the national world champion team.Penalty Table

Peru continues to lead this Final, but has lost some advantage over the 2nd place that is now occupied by Russia, which is just 42 points away from the lead!

isn't leading the Final!
After 13rd round, gaining 2 position in last day the new leader is Argentina with 411 points, only 5 points on the 2nd place occupied by Russia with 406 points, 3rd position for Poland with 402 points! Peru lost 3 positions in a day and now is 4th with 400 points

The 16th journey had a new surprise! Russia has reached the leadership of the
WNC Final!
And becomes the 3rd different leader in the classification, after Peru and Argentina!Let's check the Leaderboard!

With 14 rounds to go before we know who will be the new world champion, Russia
takes command of the leaderboard with 508 points and 30 points ahead of the 2nd place that is now occupied by Argentina which was the previous leader.
On the other hand, Argentina, which went down to 2nd place with 478 points, has an advantage of 49 points over the 3rd place occupied by Peru!
The Peru that overtook Poland has 429 points and only 18 points ahead of the Poles who went down to 4th place with 411 points!
This means that the dispute for the world title will continue to be between 4 National teams as the total points difference between them is only 97 points!Penalty Table

Then we have the duo from Peru in 4th place with 455 points just 19 points from 3rd place, and Poland in 5th place with 451 points just 23 points from 3rd place and 4 points from 4th place! So we went from 4 candidates to 5! Because between these 5 National teams there is only 151 points difference!!

After being able to be with more or less advantage leading the classification for 3 consecutive days, Argentina
