Rank system integrity is compromised and manipulated

First of all I wish you all good day , and forgive me for the long discussion
I want to discuss something that is affecting the integrity of the Rank system in the game .I have been playing this game for many years now , long before the introduction of the coins system and stopped playing shorty after the removal of the Manager Points System , as it was very important to me in many ways ; first me and my friends used to decide the priority to chose teams in our league by manager point obtained in previous season ( it was fair as it depended on team target and manager achievement ) , second thing I'm from those who enjoy choosing small underdogs and building a team from the scratch
with the introduction of the new medals system , Teams targets became irrelevant and the only thing that is important is manager rank , it doesn't matter if you play with Burnley and you're facing Man City in the first game of the season with a training camp for the opponent, no that's irrelative if you lose you'll lose +900 medal's and if you win you'll get 84 medals or something like that.
if you're the highest rank in the league and you took Burnley from target 16 to be the league winner with a record of ( 29wins - 4 defeats - 5 draws) and with all teams with active managers. You would lose more manager's points than what you gain in that wonderful season
that's just so unfair and disappointing that one defeat can equal more than 10 wins all against decent adversaries and equals nearly the league winning final reward.That takes me to the reason for this discussion, out of boredom decided to return and try to enhance my profile with couple trophies and maybe complete some continents or reach the top 100 or something , now while checking the top 10 managers in the game I found out ( and without mentioning any specific names ) almost all of them play in fake leagues with the same fake accounts so the can guarantee they keep on winning and keep on gathering medals , just a look on most of the high profiles , check there slots and you will find they use that method , even one of them is using the same name but with different numbers for his fake accounts ( for example - manager9 , manager10, manager11 - extra )
SO what is the point ? how was the Medals System beneficial to the game itself ? how did it enhance the competition within the league itself when the small teams became worthless ? or to the whole competition between managers when people bend around with fake league ? What protocols did you use to preserve integrity ? why there is no action is taken to that kind of cheating when it affects the entire game and the rank system ?
as I know for fact many people left because of it ( for example most of my friends whom we used to have a league with active 16 managers and even had a historical rank system between us stopped playing only 4 still playing )

Hi. Also been playing for years. Long before new system, although with many breaks.Very calculated ppl at the top of the list. How are they getting away with this? Just checked manager ranked nr 1, 2 and 3 all with multiple accounts or "help".
Manager nr 1 with transfers every now and then (3-8 days between both ways -ALWAYS benefiting himself at the top), and the only one working on his team upwards in stats. Same accounts in all four leagues, and themselves only.
Manager 2 All in the same certain second division in a country. No transfers between them. Main account at the top of course.
Manager 3 winning all games against accounts themselves made (just about the same date&day.....) so he gets points against "other managers" instead of computer only. Happens to use goalkeepers as outfield players (both is used at the same time) and drain every other account teams' players of energy as they are low or zero. Just about no variation time between logins either.All of this is there to see for those who wants. But I geuss they can't be taken down unless a unfair transfer happens or same IP address shows.
This is not fair play.
