Stronger team and nationality related buffs

Hi all
,OSM is a game I have followed since childhood and I am glad to have returned! However, in the leagues I play, I always experience the same tactics that lead to success. This makes the game quite predictable and boring in the long run. At the moment I have the feeling that everyone sells their players on the transfer market for the highest price to NPCs and then buys better players to sell them again after 2 games. That's how the whole circle goes until the end of a league. I am aware that there are also buffs for nationalities etc. of the players, but I don't have the feeling that these are decisive.
Is there a way to strengthen buffs like the nationality buff? Or introduce new buffs, for example: the longer players are together in a squad, the better they play. This could stop the whole exploiting of selling and buying players every single game.
I don't want to sound too grumpy either, I'm a big fan of the OSM engine too. This is just a suggestion.

Hello,If you enjoy playing without transfers I would suggest you to try some leagues where transfers are disabled (Nostalgia, national teams, other historical league). I think there is more that dozen custom leagues available where transfers are disabled by the game.
There is also option to open your private league anywhere (Premier League, La Liga etc.) and when you are opening the league you have the option to disable transfers, boss coins usage etc.
As for the buffs, aside from nationality one you also have buff for having all players on their right positions and also there is a "side attack buff" - if your right side is filled with high quality players and opponents left one is weaker your right side can make a difference.
