How can I fire my scout?

Recently I'm manager of Arsenal and my scout is such a loser that despite not being under any restriction but only ordered to find any kind of players having a power of 85-99, he succeeds in finding 3 players under power 85. Why is he blind af? In case it increases his accuracy, I am burning with the desire of stabbing him from his eyes

Try not to add too many filters while you scout. Especially, if you add league, nationality, the range and quality of players become much lower. Instead just stick to player rating and position (or player rating and age), I'm sure your scout will bring back gems then.
