World cups / European (and other continents) championships

We're less than 4 months away from Euro 2024 and as usual OSM will present you guys with a tournament so you can try to win it with your country or one of your preferences.
We've been discussing internally what kind of features we can introduce to make it even more special, but... This tournament is to be played by you all, so who better can provide us some ideas on what they would like to see on this tournament? You!
So let us know what you would like to see on these type of tournaments and we'll discuss it internally and if possible, we may surprise you with a feature implemented that was suggested by you!

Idea1: Champions League style!
Prize values:
- Game won in the group stage: 10BC
- Game tied in the group stage: 5BC
- Reach Round of 16: 20BC
- Reach Quarter-finals: 40BC
- Reach Semi-final: 60BC
- Runner-up: 80BC
- Champion: 100BC
Idea2: Goals!
- For each Goal in the group stage: 1BC
- For each Goal in the Round of 16: 5BC
- For each Goal in the Quarter-finals: 10BC
- For each Goal in the Semi-final: 15BC
- For each Goal in the Final: 20BC
Idea3: Country!
- If the coach chooses the team of the country in which he resides, he will receive a prize of 50BC! Example: I'm a Portuguese coach, I choose Portugal, I receive 50BC!
The idea is for the leagues to be filled and not just to choose the best teams.

Idea4: Tackle!
We all know that tackling brings us closer to victory but also the risk of being sent off or committing penalties. Being able to change the tackle during the game could be important.
Example: we play at home, blue referee, aggressive tackle. We conceded a goal, we wanted more risk, we changed to an impetuous tackle.Idea5: Penalties!
Sometimes regulation time and extra time are not enough so penalties arise. The option to choose a certain order of penalty takers based on the starting 11 could be included.Idea6: Substitutions and Alignments!
Allow replacing players and changing lineups!
Example1: we are playing in 523A and one of the central midfielders is sent off, we are left with just one player in midfield.
We could have a replacement option that would allow us, for example, to remove the striker and include another midfielder!Example2: We are playing at home and we took the risk of playing very offensively in 424, we managed to score but in the final part of the game we would like to have more security in the middle and remove strikers to play for example in 451.

It would be nice if the faces of the players could be seen in the National Teams. Or maybe add the National Emblems or the Kits of the National Teams into the tournament. Also it would be nice if the Knock-Out structure would be the same as in the Real Tournament, like: 1A vs 2C, 1B vs 3A/D/E/F, etcetera.
